it's sorta fraustrating too because people who call in to order stuff say dim sum and there's different kinds (well not really) and they expect me to know what they're talking about.

i think i know what you're talking about... but i don't really like it cause it's so sticky... i've never really had any either... but i do like the stuff with the umbrella and the fruit... hehe ^^ love that stuff.^^

Yeah we can buy instant 豆腐花 at the market place but it is no as good as Yam Cha. Moreover, it is hard to do the sweet 豆腐 by ourself.
