The problem with law enforcement is that in a panic-stricken situation like that... They tend to think they have more power than they actually do.

I'd hit the local Gun shop, load a car with ammo, water and dry foods, and get the hell out once most of the people were all ready dead... It'll save time in the end.... Gladly letting any infected organism's get a taste of my Remington...
