yeah it's kind of sad...but luckily that i was born in china and i live in toronto,canada....i used to experienced how people bullied me when i don't speak english...but now it's over,i have lots of friends from around the world now=)

I think she means that some people do that but they are also those who are really nice. Or that some of the people that do that honestly don't "get it" and are still friendly. Or they just do it for the heck of it.
