Most regretful Resident Evil experience?

Lol, well at that time I didn't own the game. That, and not too many of my friends were into Resident Evil, so I was never 'in the loop'.

Fighting the worm as Claire in CV. That ended up being a total waste of time and I lost a lot of ammo including the BOW Rounds. Needless to say, when I got to the Tyrant battle on the plane, I was pwned (since the BOW rounds are a key weapon in that fight). I learned from my mistake and started over.

Ugh, the very first time I experienced Ink Ribbons and Item Boxes. >>
I used all the Ink Ribbons at once because I couldn't find a Item Box.
Luckily I was near the beginning because I had to restart the game.

not having enough ammo during the huge RE4 castle fight and using my knife as a last resort,then killed with a mighty blow of the mace.i ******** hate those zealots! they'll all PAY!!!!!!!!!!!! scream

I did that once, but I did it mostly to see how far I could get with the knife.... In the end I just got fed up with it and decided to move on to bigger and better things... like beating Pandemonium... xd

That I couldn't be there when outbreak went offline, and that I missed out on playing File 2 online. That's as regretful as it gets for me.

the first time i played re 2 i didn't have a mem card on me. so i got all the way up to the alligator and died sad i hated that gonk

Playing Resident Evil Gaiden.

I though Leon was dumb in Resident Evil 4 but man, I was sorely mistaken.

Hey, Gaiden gets an excuse. It's not canon. So no matter how dumb Leon may have been in it, it doesn't count toward the storyline. Unfortunately, as far as Capcom is concerned, RE4 is.
