"Probably not." Kai said, slowing down so that they walked side by side. "She's kind of on the same boat I am. Except that because they need her powers so much, she can pull off being just a friendly outsider who occasionally lends the Organization the help it needs." he explained as they head down the Inn's stairs to the pub.

"Oh." Saiya answered a bid distractedly as she took in the paintings and such on the walls. "How do we find her then?" She asked him as she easily matched his stride now that he had slowed down a bit.

He smiled at her as they weaved through the pub to the door. "You just leave it to this old man." Kai stated with a wink.

Saiya laughed and nudged him with her shoulder. "Will do old man." She teased as she squeezed his hand. She was more than a little enthralled by the sights and sounds around them the minute they stepped from the pub. Having never been to a festival before she wasn't really sure what to make of the bright colored and noisy chaos that was all around. Then a though struck her. "How are we to find her in all this chaos?" She said softly, referring to Abby. "One little girl in all of this?"

"That's what are meeting tomorrow is for." Kai whispered, kissing the top of Saiya's head as he lead her through the busy street. "Don't worry." he added, gently bumping her. "I promise we'll find her."

Saiya frowned as bit and moved closer to him. "Any of these people could be the be cleaners, or work for Global Tech." She said quietly, not liking the fact that most of them were masked. She would probably be freaking out more than a little if she were on her own. A masked man seemed to pop out of nowhere and into her face with a laugh. Saiya jerked back against Kai and the man's head jerked back as he pushed his mask up to rub at his nose. "Geez lady it was just for a laugh." Frowning Saiya stepped away from Kai. "Well it wasn't funny so beat it before I really do break your nose instead of your mask jerk. And stop scaring people!" She yelled after him as he turned and headed back into the crowd.

Kai wrapped his arms around her as he laughed. "Would you stop being so jumpy. You're making us stick out like a sore thumb." he whispered, hugging her to him. "Crowds can work to are favor as long as you don't draw attention."

Saiya pouted. "He shouldn't be scaring people like that." She insisted. "I swear he scared two years off my life. I can't help but be paranoid, there are so many people." She said softly as she wrapped an arm around his waist.

"Shhhhhhh... Its okay." he murmured comfortingly into her ear, making sure no one would bother them by making it look like a lovers moment. "People get a little wild during the festival, but that can be useful to us as well. Trust me."

Saiya was used to the city but she was used to the rooftops of the city. That was how she traveled. Too many people meant too many chances for a blackout, sometimes even a simple brush could send her into one of her drawing moments. That was the main reason she had become a jumper. It just made things easier in general. "I know, but this could be bad too." She warned, not wanting to explain in case they could be heard. "Very bad." She squeezed his hand a bit and hoped he was getting the hint. She may have gotten a bit of control over it earlier but there was no way to guarantee how long any sort of control would last. Her power had long been out of her control, a constant growing problem that she couldn't seem to get to listen to her.

Kai smiled, getting what she meant. "Then we'll take the roof paths... I hear they're rather scenic." he commented, nuzzling Saiya's neck. "Would you like that?" Kai asked quietly.

Saiya nodded against his cheek. "Very much so." She confirmed with a smile, glad that he understood.

"Good." he replied, kind of enjoying the chance to nuzzle against her neck. "The ramp to the paths is that way." Kai added as he nodded to a ramp near them, finally forcing himself to stop enjoying Saiya so that they could get a move on.

Saiya nodded and held onto his hand as she wound her way to the ramp. "This will be much easier, but it will make us easier to be spotted." She apologized.

Kai laughed as he followed her. "Everyone's attention is down here because of the festival." he pointed out, easily catching up to walk beside her. "So they'll expect you to stick to the crowds... Meaning their focus will be down here also."
