Dark vs. Light

Skyra nodded, ready when he was.

I looked back and forth, confused, unable to figure out what was going on.

The golden dragon talked like the children could hear him directly, even though he knew he couldn't, You three children are different and that is what Blaze's father wants you to know.

Skyra translated, though Yuima still seemed confused, as she looked back and forth.

I repeated what Skyra said, then told everyone the golden dragon was the one telling them this. He just seemed wise to me.

I nodded, looking at the golden dragon with interest. He had such beautiful scales that seemed to glimmer in the sunlight.

Skyra yawned, waiting for the next bit of translation.

The golden dragon looked at the other two, seeming to want an answer, when he didn't get one he resumed, There is an old tale told by dragons of the west saying the four who don't fit in will undoubtedly bring the two unlikeliest sides, the dark and the light, together.

"The four who don't fit in.... You want us to make a completely 'greyed' world?" I said curiously, blinking and shocked.

Skyra nodded, knowing some of this.

The Golden Dragon shrugged, I am not completely sure, that is why I am to ask you to go to the dragon kingdom, and the king of combustion, Blaze's father is there and waiting to reveal the whole prophecy to you.

I looked at the golden dragon, feeling like I remembered him. I shook my head and waited.

I looked down thoughtfully, my eyes closed for a moment, before looking up at the gold dragon. "Alright... but one thing... how do you know Blaze and his Father?" I ask, my expression surely showing that I was determined to know.

Skyra nidged Yuima's shoulder as a slight warning, though she doubter the dragon would do anything.

In a way that only dragons could, the golden dragon laughed, My dear child, Blaze is my nephew, and his father, is my brother.

Blaze loved hearing dragons laugh, it was like a humming growl, in perfect harmony.

I blinked, caught a bit off guard by the knowledge, before I recovered. I liked the sounds of the dragon's laugh... the sound almost soothing in a way. I smiled.

Skyra chuckled to Yuima's reaction, laying her head down.

I suddenly recognized the laugh, and even though it was said, I knew when he laughed. That laugh was so nice when his uncle laughed, but he lost his memory a few years back. I wondered if he remembered his name.

The golden dragon was told that he was related only three weeks ago, yet he was fine with it.

After a moment I look up at Blaze. "Well then... Are we going to go...?" I asked, looking between him and the golden dragon.  

[Shadow_Blazer_rulz]

"Naw. We should stay here until we are rested, and have enough energy to go further than the campsite." I said looking at Yoko and Knight for approval.

I nod, satisfied with that answer for now, and leaned my head against Blaze's shoulder with a sigh. I closed my eyes.
