"Fredrich is right. I'm going to walk back to my hotel. Goodbye you both." With a nod, Ellery followed after the child and his carrier, stopping just a ways away from the car. "So, where are you planning on taking him?" asked the thin man as the child stirred in Fredrich's arms.

Now that I'm out, we can do whatever. You hungry? Want to head to a store? Oh, I heard the carnival's here?"

The brunette nodded at him and turned to make his way to the car when a thought occurred. "I know the perfect place to go." he breathed and turned again to looked at Lock, smiling brightly with glimmering blue eyes. "I want you to see my hometown." he breathed. "It's got a small town charm, I'm sure you'll love it."

Ethan blinked at the small portal before them, but forgot all about it when he saw his hometown on the other side. "What are we waiting for?" Practically on the verge of bursting with excitement, he grabbed Lock's arm and pulled him with him through the portal.
