Kaden smiled, "Alright," he said. "I have to go talk to my father, but I'll be back soon alright? Feel free to take a look around the castle."

He smiled, "They don't tame the nature, so the guardens arn't like you have seen in the past. There is a whole forest of wild flowers that are part of the castle grounds if you would like to explore them," he said.

"Alright then, I'll have someone help show you the way there." He said and kissed her on her cheek. "I had better go see my father," he said and left, directing a servant toward Raylana as he made his way to the throne room.

raylana walked behind the servant, just wanting to get somewhere that she felt safe

The doors of the throne room were opened as Kaden walked through. "There you are son!" The king said. Kaden came forward and bowed to his father.
"How have things been in my absence?" Kaden asked.
"Fine my boy, fine. Now, I want to talk to you..." The King said. "Leave us!" He said to the sevants. They all skittered out of the hall.
"Now, tell me what happened on your trip? I hardly expected you to return with a bride." The King said, looking disturbed.
Kaden was suprised at this, "I have found that I have fallen in love with this womans courage and beauty. I took her away from her father. You will love her father." Kaden said.
"I see... There will be war son..." The King said.
"I- I know that. And I am prepaired to take full responsibily and take on the green land army." He said nodding gravely.
"I had hoped you would turn the girl down." The King said simply.
"You urged me to go!" Kaden said, becoming upset.
"Things ae different now..." The King said seriously.
Kaden glared at his father.
"Go get me a servant." The king ordered. Kaden did as he was told. When the servant entered he was ordered to retreive the guest.

raylana walked through the guardens but was surprised when she was called away. she went quietly enough but was nervous. her hands sweated but she approached and curtseyed, keeping her eyes down
