We had chipmunks who would ride on my shoulder and come to me if i sang certain songs.Also a hamster, gerbil. I did want a rat but wasn't allowed one.

We had them inside they were so cute . We had several litters.They each had their own personalities. There was gizmo, Rich, nuffcash, and sqeakybitch.
Nuff would come and sit beside me and want to be petted all the time. Gizmo use to climb to the top of the curtains and refuse to come down unless I put my hand up so she could step on it. Squeaky was never allowed out she was a nightmare.Rich was sneaky.

It is bad enough with the freaking goat we have.... I am happy with my lowly farm animals.
