heheh well to attract readers, a good prologue page would be a must. try sketching the main character completely to occupy the whole page and overlap panels like this:

------------xxxxxxxxx
------------xxxxxxxxx

next, obviously thoughts are portrayed NOT in bubbles, just plain text beside the speaker's head
sketch your own speech bubbles, its better that way. becareful to alot enough space
i suggest starting with a cliff hanger, you know, an incomplete situation that will force readers to look for the next page
NEVER put too much detail on a single panel, UNLESS ofcourse you want to ignore the other frames
alternate situations, make chibis for comical ones and highly detailed ones for serious moments obviously
action lines are not to be over used. use a program to do that, like the one i use: Manga Studio
