Krinna jumped down from the counter.
"Hey, cat!" she called out, walking over to the cat who had been spending his time cuddling the wall.
"Are you and your friend" (with a little nod to Beginner) "going to enter the contest, too?"
Krinna sat down to wait for a response, stretching her toes on the plushie floor.

And the Weather Mage just stared at the indoor clouds and waited for the lightning to strike. Or the downpour. Chances were the cook off would be rained out

Krinna stopped stretching and sat up straight, swiveling her ears.
She looked up at a screen.
When the broadcast was over, she remarked snidely:
"Well, that was a tacky way to announce a hostage situation."

"whats going on?" his tail flittered this way and that as he had a fun time cuddling with the building, which was essentualy a giant plushie "I think it's a cooking contest, mew...." his pur was present in his young voice.

Krinna leapt onto a chair near the entrance, and addressed Chastity.
"A guy like that left here not long ago. When he came in, though, he wasn't completely black... looked like he got possessed or somethin'."
Krinna nodded and curled her tail around her feet.

Thunder like a lion cubs roar rolled through the room, flickers of thread-like lightning arcing across the cloudy ceiling, one silver-golden bolt striking in the center of the room.
The Storm Witch looked at the 'sky' within the room with a flat gaze that said 'you had to do that, didn't you?' The purring rumble was all the answer she required.
