More claims that Resident Evil is a racist video game series after an old screenshot is found. It is obviously racist, according to one reactionary writer: Racially motivated jerk Even the old Resident Evil video games depicts green numbers in what appears to be a police station killing white people. This is problematic on so many levels, including the depiction of green numbers as inhuman savages, and the fact that this video game is marketed to children and young adults. Start them young… fearing, hating, and using green numbers to destroy white people. Capcom has not commented on their use of green numbers in a racially motivated way. It’s horror alright, just not the kind Capcom intended.
