Yeah, that's true. Kinda disappointing, personally. I liked Resident Evil back when the people in it were NORMAL. Not Matrixed out.

What makes RE great is that normal people escape such horrible situations.

What made REmake so scary is the fact that a team of normal people were trapped in a mansion full of monsters and they escaped with out the use of matrix style moves.

IE, it was believeable. biggrin Same goes for RE2 and 3 as well. Veronica... eeehhh... not so much. 4 doesn't even deserve consideration...

Unfortunately Capcom figured it's better to jump the Hollywood bandwagon and do the Matrix thing.
Hell, even Alice's stunts were more realistic than some of the stuff we see in the RE games. Like Billy's little leap of faith on the train, Chris and Leon's backflips around the lasers. It's sad. It's sad that Alice, who could probably kill Wesker with her brain, is more human than some of the HUMAN characters in the RE games, stunt wise.

If movie producers added zombies and rabid dogs into the Matrix movies, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between that and Resident Evil Four.

Seriously, if they put me in a newer Resident Evil game, I'd die in about two seconds.
The lasers would have me in pieces.
(Even though it's not a newer one)
My neck would be broken when the Express train crashed.
Say I took Billy's place.
You know how Billy's saving Rebecca like, 92% of the game?
Well I'd be dead in the beginning, and Rebecca would be screwed, and Capcom would get it's game of shame.
My point is,
THE MATRIX AND RESIDENT EVIL DON'T MIX!
IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!
Is it really, truly, possible for a rookie (Leon) to pull of those kinds of stunts?

Or what extras do you have?(Like HUNK's mission)
I just bought the cheat book yesterday.
I need HUNK's and Ada's mission, and I so close to getting infinite ammo.
It's really fun with two people, has anyone else played it with another person?

Yeah, I played it with my friend. The bosses are almost AREN'T fun. We beat the prototyrant in Wesker's mission in less than 10 seconds.

Well, they usually don't last long on my end either because one person has one powerful gun and they other person'll have the MRL.
But we always mess around, like you know the part in the Mansion Incident Part One where the first runner appers and allof those pictures are on the wall?
Well we Rocket Launcher'd them.
Either way it's funny. XP

It's alright to play it with another person,so long as they don't hog all the ammo from you. unlimited ammo just takes all the seriousness of using the pistol away and gets boring real quick for me.
I found the fight between the two Ivans to be my favorite...

What pissed me off though (since it my game and my file) is that I work hard to collect ammo and accumulate to the maximum. Like, you know, 1200 - 1500 for the submachine-guns. And then my friend picks it and leaves it with like 500. scream
