Anyway, if your mom is really bugging you, you should tell her off, be open and honest about it. Tell her your plans, and don't let her tune you out or cut you off. I'm thinking that the best time to do it is when she is calm and alone, actually, get your step dad in it too, just to listen. They need to hear your side of the story at least.
