"Still. There was nothing else you could have done. At least I didn't end up dead!" Demi said, trying to make a joke.

"Yeaaaah...I bet Alex would LOVE that joke, too..."

"He REALLY loves a lot of things... What's your point?"

"...That was sarcasm."

"Yeah, I got that." Demi groaned. "And I was trying to be sarcastic too, but... Yeah." She sighed heavily, scratching the back of her head.

"It's the truth. I'm not dead and so no one can complain too much."  

[Zahzi]

"Ohhh, Alex found a way..."

"...PLEASE tell me that was directed at your father...."

"Gil... You're not much older than me... Who do you THINK it was directed at?" Demi asked, her eye twitching.
