The_WTF_Ninja [-Stefan-] *skips most of page* What?! The Megas the ONLY modern band that doesn't suck? Bang ******** Camaro, man. Queens of the Stone Age, too. Hell, even Velvet Revolver. I was referring to the said bands, most modern bands today suck. MOST.I guess I should have worded that better. sweatdrop Well yea. If you generalize and specifically state that the only modern band that doesn't suck is 'The Megas' you are no longer stating your opinion but insulting all music and basically saying that your opinion is fact. Which is ignorant. o_o

I hate Green Day. xd
I've hated them since they put out that horrible song about a boulevard, or something.
Probably because my sister listens to Green Day and I have to listen to it. Normally I can just coexist peacefully with bad music, but not them.

Stefanopoulos I am so totally lost in this argument. Is Green Day something to hate because I like them. No one likes Green Day anymore, like...seriously they died...completely. =/ But they were modern, which was annoying. I guess I should define modern: A "modern" band- A band that was developed within a few years time, the said band is popular with one hit song, that is played on the radeo every 10 seconds, this is usually Rock or Rap, everyone shoves this song down your throat for 3 hour sessions, everyone likes the song, but everyone only likes it becasue it's popular. Examples: Party Like a Rockstar, Soulja Boy, Paralyzer, Thanks for the Memories, and any song that is stuck in your head from the radio, SHOVING this crap down your throat. And I used to like Green day...before I heard AC/DC and The Megas...

But you know what band I really, really hate?
Nickelback. I swear. They're so god damn annoying. They get so much credibility as this "great band, innovative, creative", what the ******** ever. All the songs sound the same. The lyrics are terrible. I hate the vocalist's voice.
You know what Nickelback reminds me of, whenever I listen to it?
Someone stirring oatmeal in a bowl. It's bland, and it's boring.
@Stef: I don't mind the Beatles. I can't listen to them for too long, though, or they start to feel hypnotic. The Stones, well, I like certain eras. Some of their music just sucks, but hey, they've made 40 years' worth, so you can't really blame them if not all of it is great.
