Breaking Point - A TV Lover's Worst Nightmare

[Zahzi]

"That....That was the last room on my mother's side....Last one is on my father's..." Alan replied, walking over to the door across from the horrid one.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I'd rather not go in." Abagail pleaded.
"Haven't we seen enough today?"  

[Zahzi]

"Dad was a scientist, so we're fine.." Alan sighed, putting Abagail down and untying her.
"Once we go through here, we'll be done, okay?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I want to be done now." Abagail growled, glaring at Alan as she rubbed her wrists after the restraints were removed.

"Haven't we seen enough?"  

[Zahzi]

"You should always see things through to the end..." Alan sighed.
"And this is the last room down here."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Well, I don't want to see this to the end. You know why? Because I've seen and heard things I didn't want to!" Abagail barked, walking around Alan and going back to the exit.

"So if you want to disturb yourself even further, that's fine. I have a day off that I need to spend away from you!"  

[Zahzi]

Alan grabbed her arm and the door handle at the same time.
He then opened the door and practically threw her in as he walked in behind her.
"See? Not so bad..." he said, looking around.

It seemed to be more like a museum display exhibit than anything else.
Chemicals and reagents were locked behind barriers for people to look at.

"Huh...Seems kinda...Showy...."

Abagail was caught by surprise when Alan grabbed her, and stumbled forward to catch her balance after he threw her into the last room. She gave a low growl as she slowly stood up, glaring at him.

"Yeah. Not bad. Now let's go out." She grunted, as he moved past her. She looked to the door, debating on whether or not she should have ran. Getting out of the room and to her bedroom was tempting, but chances were the creep would feel her up again because she tried to have free will.

"Your father was a freak apparently." Abagail rolled her eyes, remaining put as she glared at the displays close to her.  

[Zahzi]

Alan continued to walk through the room.
"At least this time you can't throw chemicals at me..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"And what makes you think I just won't break the glass?" Abagail challenged, crossing her arms over her chest.  

[Zahzi]

Alan looked over at her with a dull stare and knocked on the glass.
"Bulletproof." he grunted.

"And how do you know? You've never been in this damn room before."  

[Zahzi]

"Because what idiot would have a casing with just fragile glass, unless it said 'In case s**t happens, break glass'..?" Alan asked, raising an eyebrow before looking around the room.

"Ah! Here we go!" he said, picking up an old book.

"It looks like a listing of everything here."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"The same idiot who didn't tell his son about the basement." Abagail snorted.

"So what's the book say? Does it say to get out? Because I'll agree."  

[Zahzi]

Alan rolled his eyes at both comments and skimmed through the book.
"See that jar to your left? Apparently that's a bonafide truth drug...Wonder what would be said if I used that on a few of your peers..." he snickered.
