Ever tried to flood the ocean with rain? /DERP Dude, I've lived in Florida, and we still flooded. Every hurricane. Hurricane is different then a just rain, Australia doesn't get hurricanes. Derpy mcderp face. Mmm. Didn't know you lived in Australia. Yeah, your pretty much flood-proof. Raimundo -.....just.....no. shut up. Almost the whole of Queensland is flooded... I'm just in a nice little safe place... You live up by Somerset?

Mexico city is built on man made islands, it used to be a big huge swamp and they made islands on it and connected them by bridges. When it was taken over by conquistadors they continued it. It is essentially a city built on soil on a swamp.
Side note just read the new Naruto, kickass.
