stitch looked at her wit a smile "well its simple lightly punch it so it barley hurts thn when it doesnt work up again so it does and repeat the process"

Kitty looked at the dummy confused and lightly kicked her foot sideways and it seemed like slow mo saying a little funny."hiiiiiiya!"

stitch shook his head "look like this" he lightly punched the stone in the side and did it again "see i can handle that fine now harder" he punched it harder in the same spot "harder again" he did it again and repeated the process untill he went straight thru the the stone figures side

Kitty's cat ears perk up saying."Ohhhhh ok."Kitty first lightly kicked it and then she started to kick it harder and then her eyes widen as she kicked it as hard as she could a first it looked like it didn't do anything then suddenly the dummy crumbled into pieces.

stitch just started clapping alot

Kitty smiled brightly saying."I did it nya!"

stitch giggled and went back to sit ups

Kitty smiled saying."Hmmm lets make this a bit harder nya.. . ."Kitty made a dummy appear made of pure black garnet.

stitch giggled still doin his sit ups and push ups "focus ur wavelength ok"

Kitty nodded saying."Oh ok nya."Kitty slowly closed her eyes while she was in her fighting stance while focusing on her wavelengths a little bit a purple aura was surrounding her as she concentrated.

stitch watched then said in her mind 'hey dnt use ur power in aura just focus it and keep it under control'

The aura slowly dissappeared and then she opened her eyes and first did a small kick then did a middle kick and then did a huge kick bringing enough force to make it crack.

stitch giggled and said in her mind 'good job perfect'

Kitty then did an ever harder kick makeing the dummy shatter as she smiled all big.
