Zell, when you become a mod then Toasty tells you the rules about giving shiny Pokemon, so ask her about those rules.

Zell, when you become a mod then Toasty tells you the rules about giving shiny Pokemon, so ask her about those rules.
She gaev me permission to help out the new peopl, Whats so special about shiny pokémon?

@Moska- Everyone who has a Pokemon keeps it, but now the first person on every page that wants a shiny gets one.
