umm I'm Jon and I'm 14 I'll turn 15 on august 13... I full chinese first generation U.S.A. I can speak canto and understand a lil bit of mandarin but i can't read or write any... heh... sweatdrop I live in maryland I'm visiting china this summer ^ ^ uhh 9th grade... I play soccer and tennis on teams and mess around w/ other sports with friends. I like to play videogames sometimes but usually when its with friends. I like hip-hop rap and r&b. umm I guess check my profile and also my myspace smile ninja

I can speak a bit of cantonese, but its like broken xD I also understand vietnamese, but I'm horrible at speaking it >.<

I'm kageling, 17, female, and Taiwanese-American. I live in the Bay Area, California, and I've basically been here all my life. I'm graduating from high school in a few weeks and going off to UC in the fall.
My Mandarin is limited, but I will definitely be able to find food and restrooms if I'm dumped off alone in a Chinese-speaking country. XD
I know next to no Taiwanese, because my parents only use if to talk about me when I'm right there. It's very distressing. :[
I suppose I'll also get out that I'm gay (technically pansexual) and I have a girlfriend who's also Taiwanese.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to hanging out here, it's a pretty cool guild. Though the "ICU" abbreviation keeps making me think "Intensive Care Unit". My mom was an intensive care nurse. XD
