I'm a level 6 beginner and I dont do a lot of damage its pissing me off... I keep seeing guys around me hitting for like 16 and 20 and the best I get is like 8...

Tired, sore, really full..... I hit the gym for 2 hours and went swimming for 2 right after... I just ate alot of food.... other than that, I'm fine...
