Hmmmm, well, when I am done with my operations I'll swing by and help you out. But I don't know when that'll be, because Noa is the one doing the operation, and if she hasnt been on by now, I probably have to wait till tommorrow.

If you wanna make the ultimate lightning rpc
Tenshu zeus embrace, (Lightning doesn't need handsigns, ligthning techniques are easier to learn, Immune to lightning weaker than your rank, Faster but weaker physically)
Raiken clan, (Each Member of this Clan has a Speed level of one rank higher, All Raiton Justu used against them are one rank weaker on impact, All Raiton Jutsu are the power level of the next rank up)
Lightning sage, (Jutsu dont need handsigns, Lightning boosted by one rank, lightning used against you minus one rank)
Lightning Demon, (Fastest demon, Increase Speed, Can create electricity but not have total control over it just direct the electricity only, Cannot control fire or create it unless striking wood with thunder, Can use any thunder attack at your level or below from the list, Demon release techniques)
All together and you get:
Lightning techniques 2 ranks stronger,
Immune against lightning techniques up to One rank higher than you,
Dont need handsigns for lightning techniques,
3 ranks faster (Raiken boost + Tenshu boost + Demon boost)
-1 Rank Physical Power.

Man i have to wait for Alicia to get online. She and Sin are the only ones to have active RPC's.

Only part of that is your bloodline.
other 3 are seperate. Two of which your rpc can attain. (Raiken clan, Lightning sage)

I'm pretty sure you can't get sage status anymore with BB gone.

DANDii Lions-- I'm pretty sure you can't get sage status anymore with BB gone. Sage's are still around. Now its up to the current sages to find suitible sage replacements.

Well who's the current fire sage? The only sage I know of is Rus.
