"um well i sugest that you get a weapon yourself" she said with a inosent look

Erk couldn't help but laugh, his suit and cloak aparently hid all of his weapons quite well. He reached inside, to the back of the robe, and drew out a cylinder.

"I got mine right here." he said confidently, as the cylinder increased its length, sprouted two distinct ends, one of which unleashed an energy blade.

"How about we practice outside though."

-she gazed at the wepon- "okay" she walked towards the door with the big scyth hanging over her shoulder-

Erk walked out as well, "Just in front of the ship should be okay."

His weapon was a little more dangerous then the girl probably realised, as the pole could extend to increase his attack range.

He threw his cloak to one side, id din't go far however, because his rocket launcer and hammer we in it. WHen it hit the ground it let out a dull ring.

"Whenever your ready." he said, holding the pole with both hands and pointing the blade at the girl.

Brett climbed back into his mech and started pushing away the debris that blocked the Vertical Launch Catapault, or VLC.

"okay....maru...extend" the handle on the scyth extended even longer, it was now taller than him, she tilted it over to the blade was at one side, and she ran at him and swong the scyth-

Erk didn't need to give his weapon the voice comand, it simply did.

He swung his blade, catching the underside of the pole, and flung it over his head.

"Try again."

-she quickly ran behind him and caught the scyth and swong at him quickly-haru thought to herself wow hes really good...how can i keep up?!?!

Erk ducked down to one side. "Nice try there. Try using and angle slash.." he advised, spinging around and atempting to sweep the girls legs out from under her with the blunt pole of his weapon as he rose back up.

"ahh" she almost hit the ground when she swong the scyth handle at the groound and fliped herself over and swong the blade upwards towards his chest-

Erk predicted the attack, "Put your momentum behind you." he said, using his pole arm's butt to send himself sliding backwards and out of harms way.

-she listened to him and did what he said, she swong the blade to the side and ran at him full force-

"Thats beter" said Erk tumbling to one side to avoid the attack.

He knew that if he had tried to block it, there was a good chance his pole arm's handl would have been broken in the process.

"Now, you seem to be getting the concept of power, but how are you for speed?"

-she quickly swong the blade backwards and jabbed him in the stumach with the end of her staff- then she quickly swong the blade down-

Erk was suck between coughing and laughter as he lay on the ground.

"Okay, you've made you point, you've got speed." Erk rolled over onto his hands and stood up, dusting them off on his armored legs. The girl was dangerous... he was begining to wonder if she had alterior motives to coming to him...

BUt he could cast such doubts aside. "Well, shall we try for real now?" he said, simply holding his weapon down to one side and putting on his full oni-mask.

"Lets go!" he said, starting with a low sweep at her legs without moving from his postition.
