Justin gazed at the princess. It looks like she is enjoying this. "I like to come here and see this at times," he told her. "It relaxes me a bit and to me, it gives a lighter and kinder atmosphere to this kingdom." He stood in silence for a moment. The sun was almost gone and stars started to appear in the darkening sky. It's just about that time. In the last rays of the falling sun, the vampire turned to Alaina. He smiled at her and then kissed her. He kept this moment until the sun had fully descended into the horizon. At that time, his lips parted and he grinned. "I thought it could be a farewell kiss since you're leaving soon," he explained. I might have been a bit too quick to do that though. He blushed a bit, but continued to smile at the princess.

Alaina's radiating eyes continued staring at the sky. For a few moments she had been thinking about the feelings that came from both a sunset and a hug. The warm colors that came with a sunset gave off a warm feeling. Then, there was the calm feeling that came from only a glance. Hugs were relaxing. Being in the arms of someone loved created a warm and relaxed feeling. She threw her gaze from the sky to Justin,smiling and nodding. "I like...love watching the sunset together. I think it's romantic", she said. Soon, the sky had began darkening and the stars were beginning to become visible. When Justin turned, she saw the smile clearly on his face. It made her want to melt. His smile always had that effect on her. Then, he had surprised her with a kiss,which she liked,a lot. She also kissed back. The kiss ended when the sun vanished. Alaina enjoyed every second of it,though. She was also blushing, a light tint of pink. The kiss was just sudden. While smiling she says, "Well, I really did enjoy the kiss,but you have to promise me there will be a welcome back kiss." She
kissed him on the lips. But departed just seconds later. "Okay?"

Justin smiled as Alaina asked her question. "As you wish, my princess," he told her. Now with the sky darkened, the prince had things to tend to. "Come on," he spoke. "We have to find you someone that can take you into town." He grabbed her hand again and walked inside from the balcony. Inside, he quickly walked to the shadow and traveled through it again with the princess. He exited through a shadow near the front entrance. He helped Alaina through first. He then tried to find someone that could be her escort. The vampire castle always seems a bit empty though. I wonder who would... Then he heard a loud thud in a nearby hallway. The prince nodded toward Alaina then started to travel to the source. He soon found a young woman on the floor, rubbing her head. The prince smiled at her. "Hey I haven't seen you in a while." The woman's head went up to face Justin. Immediately, she jumped up onto her feet and hugged the prince. "It's so nice to find out you're actually alive!" she teasingly exclaimed. Justin laughed and then remembered that someone else was here. He turned both of their bodies toward the human. "This is Alaina." "Nice to meet you," she said happily. "Alaina, this is Melissa."

((I rushed this since I'm extremely tired))

Alaina nodded while wearing a big smile. She couldn't wait for the Mystery Violinist to perform. She enjoyed listening to music. Especially, music with a slow, soft melody. They seemed more relaxing to her. Soft melodies allowed her to think deeply and feel calm. She just wished Justin could come with her. He was busy and she understood that. She gently gripped his soft hand, as they walk together. After traveling through the shadows, again, they both arrived at the entrance. She walked alongside Justin, hands still intertwined. A sudden thud caused her to flinch,startled by the sudden noise. The source of the noise was answered when she saw a young appearing woman on the floor. The lady sprung to her feet and wrapped Justin in a hug. A tease and some laughter later Justin introduced both her and the lady named Melissa. "Hello, it's nice meeting you as well." She spoke,smiling.

Melissa's face lit up when she was introduced to Alaina. She turned to the prince with a smile. "Well, well. It's not every day that you have anyone around you, much less a girl. But you have to keep me updated on these things!" The maid immediately walked to the princess. "You must be a very lucky girl indeed. So how long has it been for you two? I've got to know!" "Melissa," Justin responded with a light blush, "do you have to make such a big deal out of it?" She turned back to the vampire. "Of course I do! You should know me better! And I can see you blushing," she told him. This made his face become more red, and he smiled. "You are that kind of person. But listen, could you do something for me?" "Of course!" Melissa answered joyfully. "What do you need?" "I remember you saying that you enjoyed the Violinist of the Dark Mist, correct?" "With all my heart and soul! He's so breathtaking!" Man, doesn't this feel weird? The prince motioned to the human princess. "Alaina wishes to hear the Violinist. I'm busy tonight, so I was hoping that you would take her into town tonight." "Certainly! It's always nicer to go with another person!" The maid went over to the princess and gently grabbed Alaina's hands in hers. "You will love him! He's so amazing and talented! The sun's already set, so we should get going!" Melissa then excitedly started to walk towards the entrance with Alaina.

((I had to rush once again..))
Alaina smiled at the glimpse of Melissa's brightened face. She appeared very sweet. Alaina listened as she spoke to Justin and giggled a little. Though, she wasn't sure why her soft laughter was for. Maybe it was Melissa's excitement. She watched as Melissa walked toward her after speaking to Justin. The sentences that left Melissa's mouth caused her to join Justin in blushing. She did try answering them but Melissa wouldn't give her a chance. When Melissa pointed out Justin's blushing she started giggling a bit. Justin and Melissa started talking about the Violinist of the Dark Mist. It seemed as if the woman really did like him. Breathtaking? He must be extremely talented! Happily, she thought which made her even more excited. Then one thing led to another and she was walking with Melissa to the entrance. "I can't wait to hear his performance!" Alaina said in a joyful tone.

Justin watched as Melissa dragged Alaina away. He smiled at the pair. They act like they're long lost friends. He laughed a bit to himself before he had to walk away too. After a moment, he looked around himself to make sure no one was there. He then ran through a nearby shadow. He escaped into the sanctuary again. He let out a long sigh of relief. I was able to take Alaina here without her seeing anything. Now she's gone and I've got work to do. In a calm manner, the prince steadily made his way to the wardrobe and opened it. He took out and changed into long sleeved black shirt with golden lining. He then put on a scarf, cape, and boots, all black. He then grabbed his golden and black musketeer hat and his mask with golden outline. He then snatched his violin case from the back of the wardrobe. He gazed outside and looked at the sky. I'll just wait here for a moment.

"He's absolutely stunning!" Melissa exclaimed as they walked out the door. "I've listened to him a couple of times before. It's always so beautiful!" The maid laughed to herself a bit. "I'm sorry," she told the princess. "I'm just so excited! I go into town every night to see if he's there." She acted like a little kid as the pair now approached the village. She let out a sigh of happiness. "If only I could meet him once and hear his voice."

Every word of the Violinist that left Melissa's mouth made Alaina even more excited. She looked over at her with a smile as she spoke of him. He had to be very talented. She decided that by Melissa's talk of him. She seemed to take a liking to the Violinist of the Mist. Alaina giggled along with Melissa and said, " It's okay. I don't mind." She smiled, happily and added "I'm excited too!"
Alaina couldn't help but laugh softly occasionally at Melissa acting like a little child. She was able to slightly contain herself until they reached the village. She looked around with her eyes for some mysterious person. "When will he be here?" Alaina questioned Melissa, beginning to act a little impatient. She just felt as if she could no longer wait. Then she happened to hear Melissa's happy sigh and smiled. "I'm sure you will." Softly, She spoke.

"Well, he always performs early at night. I bet he should show up at any time now!" Melissa told Alaina. "But we have to hurry! He always performs in the center of town, on the marble fountain." She pointed to people that were also headed towards the direction they were walking. "See? Everyone likes to try seeing him before he performs. You know, to try to talk with him? It never works though." She giggled at the thought. She held onto the princess's hand. "No time to waste now!" she said as they traveled toward the middle of the village.

Justin waited a few moments before putting on his golden and black musketeer hat and tying the mask tight to his face. He turned to the wardrobe and closed it. He grabbed his violin case. Then he quickly examined his surroundings to make sure that everything was secure. The prince calmly walked into the shadow and reappeared outside of the castle. He could not see the two girls anymore, so he guessed that they made it into town. Good, now I just need to sneak to the fountain. Suddenly, a faint sound was heard above his head. The vampire gazed up to find Dark flying by him. "Hey boy," Justin said as the bat flew closer. "How are you doing?" The creature answered with happy cries. "Good. I'm going into town now, so tell Nightwing I said hi." He started to walk off when he heard Dark in a disappointed voice. He turned to him with a smile. "You want to come too?" The bat cried in joy. "Okay boy. But we're sneaking in, so please be silent." Dark nodded to Justin and together, they silently made their way to town with the shadows hiding their presence.

"Oh,well that does make a lot more sense than what I oringinally thought." Alaina giggled at herself. She listened as Melissa spoke of the location and the people heading there. Her gaze drifted toward the people that were walking the direction they were also heading. That would be the center of the town. Alaina tried imagining the performance. She looked back at Melissa with curiousity. "He doesn't talk?" Mysterious! Alaina walked alongside Melissa,keeping at her pace. "Yeah, let's hurry! We don't want to miss the performance of the Violinist of the Dark Mist!"

Justin and Dark successfully managed to reach the outskirts of the village. Just like the night before, the newly lit lights formed many shadows. "You ready to go?" the prince asked the bat. It nodded in silence, yet he could tell the creature was excited. "Hold on," he whispered. He stealthily went into a shadow with the bat on his shoulder. They reappeared in the same alleyway as last night. Justin peeked out towards the fountain, and he saw many people there. The crowd really grew from last night. Dark nudged the prince and he understood. The bat started to fly above him. Slowly and silently, the prince stepped out of the shadows and into the vampire town center. He calmly made his way to the fountain with his bat flying overhead. Even then, he could hear the whispers of the people he passed. When he reached the fountain, he laid down his case and started to unpack the instrument.

Melissa practically jogged to the center of town. She was so excited. When the two girls reached their destination, the maid already heard joyful whispers among the huge crowd. "Wow, it's busy here tonight," she spoke. She held onto Alaina as they made their way to the fountain. They had to pass many people who were also anxiously waiting for a performance. Soon, the maid saw the Violinist in her gaze. "Look!" she exclaimed to the princess. "He's here! The Violinist of the Dark Mist!"

Alaina had collected from the many people and Melissa's word this guy had to be blessed with extreme talent. Melissa was practically jogging as they made their way to the middle of town. If she didn't keep up with her pace she fear her arm would be pulled from it's socket. Finally, they had arrived at the center of the village and Alaina's joy was noticeable. She had waited all day for this. She could hear the excited whispers of others. Alaina tapped her foot as a way to keep from hopping up and down. She had to contain herself. Alaina heard Melissa's 'Look.' Her eyes followed direction the girl was pointing. At the sight her eyes glowed with happiness and so did the big smile on her face. "So that's the Violinst of the Dark Mist?" Alaina whispered to Melissa still wearing a smile.

Melissa's head nodded in excitement. "Yeah, the guy in black and gold." She let out another sigh. "He's so cool. I wonder what he's gonna play." She looked around herself and found many girls swooning over the mysterious musician. She then whispered to Alaina, "I don't think that guy really has to worry about what to play though. Girls always go crazy for him anyway. He's apparently real eye candy." She laughed a bit, but still continued to gaze at the Violinist.

Justin was obtaining his instrument when he caught Alaina and Melissa in the corner of his eye. He didn't turn to them, but he started to grin. Dark flew above him and the prince smiled at the bat. Then, with violin and bow in hand, he stood on the marble foundation of the fountain. He first tuned the instrument for his first song and then began to play. The song he played was one he believed would catch the listeners' attentions. He enjoyed the sound that came from the instrument and smiled as he performed. He also closed his eyes as he let the music take over him. He thought this was a beautiful song and the perfect opener for Alaina's first listen.

Alaina stared at the Violinist in the gold and black before turning breifly to Melissa. "Thank you." She told her before returning her gaze to the guy known as the Violinist of the Dark Mist. Alaina grew quiet not saying a word as she watched him tuning his instrument. Soon, he was playing a song that just as Melissa said was breathtaking. It was beautiful. Instantly she felt soothed. Relaxed. This guy was talented. Her eyes remained on him not moving away. The violinist had captured her full attention.

When the song had finished, Justin stood at the fountain as the crowd applauded. He smiled back at them with gratitude. Some of the people had thrown offerings of coins in his violin case. Dark flew to the case and sat on top of it as people came up to put something in. As the people quieted down, the prince thought of what to play next. An idea struck him and he began to tune. After that, he played a sad song. When Justin first heard this song, he was on the verge of tears. He thought that it told a tragic story, one that filled those who heard it with overwhelming emotion. For this reason, he practiced this particular piece. His smile disappeared as the music began to change his mood. The sound was stunning still and even Dark gazed upon him as if in a trance. He had the whole crowd in his hands with the wonderful music he played.
