Dandelion could be the most powerful mage in existence, but Ladybug clad Tira has the Death Note. Dande's name is written, and her fate is sealed. But since the Notebook takes 40 seconds to work, Dande manages to burn it into a smoldering ash pile, so Tira can't use it anymore.
Tira still wins.

"T vs Hashire"
T instinctively attacks with both his swords, hashi' thrusts his fan girls into the way and watches them get impaled. T gasps in shock from such a tatic and then get's a uppercut to the face. An onimous small "bloop" is heard as Hashire gets the meatshield achievement from gears 2. "Game over man, game over" T screams as he tosses a frag nade onto his feet and let's hashi' take the lead in the current match.
