Luo put his weights on and jogged along side Zane. "Oh stop complaining. You aren't getting any faster sitting around." Luo smiled a bit. He was determined to make sure Zane didn't become complacent. He knew Zane wouldn't do it unless he forced him.

Vrail fell on the floor, awaking himself "Huh?" he said as he got up tired-eyed. He yawned and rubbed the sleep away, as he tried to look around. He saw Zane and Luo "Hey anyone wana teach me a basic Water Jutsu?" he asked politely since he was bored.

Zane looked at Vrail as he ran beside Luo. "Um yeah sure, what do you wanna learn?" Zane asked.

Still jogging, Luo shouted to Vrail. "Depends. Is one of your elements water?" Luo liked to learn jutsu. He wondered if he was any good at teaching them.

Vrail shrugged "I don't know, do you know any easy ones?" he asked.

Zane stopped dead in his tracks and looked at Vrail, "Well first before you can use water jutsus, you have to be able to manipulate the water around you," Zane pointed out as he used has chakra to pull water out of the moisture in the air and let the water splashe down in front of Vrail creating a puddle. "It's called water manipulation, you must focus your chakra on the water in front of you to be able to bend to your will. First try making it that puddle move," Zane stated. "How's that Luo?"

Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Vrail closed his eyes and concentrated on the puddle before him. He let his chakra flow into it and be absorbed by the water. When this happened he tried to move it "Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)" he whispered to help him concentrate. It slowly moved toward Zane, but stopped half way.

Luo nodded. "That's good. You have to learn how to manipulate water. Make it boil, make it freeze, even how to pressurize it. All water jutsu start with Mizu Soujuu."

"That's good, you've almost got it down," said Zane as he continued to run around with Luo yet keeping an eye on Vrail. "Keep working on it and try to apply pressure, boiling it, and freezing it." said Zane as he kept running.

Vrail kept his eyes close, feeling with his mind and chakra how the water was formed. He tried to condence it and pressurize it. It was lift up off the ground by the force of his chakra. But it was only the shape of an orb.

Vrail held the orb in the air, with the pressure. He then focussed on the heat of the orb, make the atoms in the water slowly decrease in speed. The orb cooled and was soon frosted over. He wasn;t able to create ice, but the orb was as cold of water as it was going to get.

Luo nodded at Vrail's progress while running shouting, "Good job. Now try and make the orb come to a boil. It's a bit more difficult than making it colder."

Vrail focussed hard on the orb, making the electron spin within the atoms. The atoms sped up and collided into each other. They were making the water warmer, then hotter, then it began to boil. Vrail dropped the extremelt hot orb of water on the ground and smile "I did it." he exclaimed

"Good job dude! Now I'll teach you one of my favorite jutsus, but before that you have to learn the basis of it, it's the Uo Tsuba," Zane said as he formed the handsigns slowly for Vrail to see and took a deep breath. Then Zane launched a jet of water from his mouth. "You have to focus your chakra from the inside, swell it up, and then release it through your mouth in the form of water," Zane explained.

Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)
Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

Luo nodded while running. "It's a pretty simple technique, but it's effective. It's higher rank is what makes learning that worth it."
