"Plenty of times...You aren't the only soul-stealer I've come across..." Omazige said with a deep sigh.

"Now imagine seeing someone you care about soulless." Kagu said with a glare. "And being absolutely helpless in giving them back that little damn spark and having to bend over backwards for a jackass just so you can save them."

"But you don't even think about asking for help from others!"

"Oh! Oh right like anyone would help me!" Kagu said, laughing. "No one dares making a deal with me in the demonic realm and I highly doubt you two could do anything for me!"

"..Sounds like their having fun.." Hael sighed, sitting outside on the otherside of the window.

"Well who knows? Perhaps if you had come before you tried attacking Hael, I might have considered it. Hell, with how desperate you are now, I might still do it if it would just shut you up..."

Kagu blinked, staring at him dumbfounded. She knew there would be no knew way he could defeat Recht and get her son's soul back. Not with Astaroth the dog sitting there ready to behead anyone before they could get close. But none the less, it was the perfect opening.

"Buuut." Omazige said, leaning back in the chair.
"How do I know this isn't a trap? How do I know your being here isn't a ruse..?"

"I'm alone, aren't I?" Kagu said, raising an eyebrow at him. "I didn't bring that jackass who put a hole in your friend's hand."

"Don't be coy. You could easily have been sent here just to stab us in the back." Omazige said, giving her a dull stare.

"Ahh, so you're not as dumb as you look." Kagu said with a smirk. "But rest assure boy, if that were the case I'd already be leaving this place victoriously."

"You've fought me twice and lost both times. I'd say that is a lie."

"That's also because I took you head-on. There's a large difference between sneak attacking and what we've been doing." Kagu sighed heavily, sitting back down. "Either way, you've left me with so many openings, it's pathetic.."
