Ryou walked over to Hoshi and put his hand on her shoulder, "Relax... And of course we know... we are just about to go to war with Sentinel's forces..."

Kane darted down the stairs, wary of the sunlight still coming in, however weakened it was, and looked around. "What's going on..?" he asked, hissing through his teeth. He'd forgotten to pull his hood up, and he looked a specter of hell, having just climbed out of bed. His hair was a mess, and his faintly glowing red eyes were fully visible. So was his skin, which looked faintly purple or blue, it was so gray. His ears were the strangest part, they were pointed. To add to it all, the left side of his face was blackened, like an old burn wound.
Zadea looked around, raising her eyebrows. Something had woken up the heaviest sleeper in this place. "Yeah. All of us." The thing in the kitchen caught her eye. She sprung after it, without thinking twice.

"Then that must be the people that tried to kidnap Hoshi then..." Zamiel said nonchalantly. Hoshi slowly walk in to kitchen to what the thing was.

Aleta whirls her blade, and curls her lips in a snaral, and rushes tward a clattering sound in the kitcen. Her septer glows and she lunges, and starts to run tward a dark shape that seems to melt and glide in the room.

Fylk whistled to himself. The spirit wolf circled around him. It seems that bite he picked up a few nights back was turning out to be useful after all. He had even, for an extremely short time, tried out his two new mutations. The one would be useful in a hand to hand fight, but other than that, it seemed a bit of waste.
He ordered another drink.

"Not so fast..." Zadea said, her claws out, she begins to run alongside Aleta, using her feline grace to help flank..Whatever it was. A slow smile crept up her face, her eyes were feline, slitted, no longer human. Her fur was bristling, showing the danger under the surface vying for release.

Aleta rushes tward the specter, thrusting its blade into its heart, and....
It dissappeared!
"COME BACK HERE YOU COWARD!!!" She yells in the tone of a growl. But all is silent, like it was never there in the first place...

*snort* Mimsy looked up from where she had fallen asleep at the table. This was becoming more frequent...not good.
"Eh, whozat?" she asked sleepily, trying to blink herself awake.

"Oh, crap." Kane said, and yanked his hood on, fast. Once again, the visibility of his face was down to just his mouth and nose again. He turned around, and began pacing the Tavern, as if he was trying to find something. Impatience showed in the thin line of his mouth. He was mumbling to himself. Zadea had managed to crash into the window, which opened itself to avoid breaking. Kane took a two second look towards her when she landed outside with a thud.

She slumped her shoulders, and relaxed, took a deep breath, and put away the fearsome warrior. The peaceful girl returned. "Hey were did the Phee go?"
Aleta turned to a cute wimpering noise under the sink, and there he was, cowaring under the pipes. She scooped him up careully, and sroked his wings and back.
"*Sigh* you are a cowardly one, aren't you" and smiled down at it.
"I need something to call you..."

"Ryou...." Hoshi said still trance-like, "Ryou... i can still hear it...." her eyes start flickering red and back. She quickly went back but starts to head to the door quickly.

"Man, it was SOMETHING! It was too scared to face me, or either of us, probably a S.I.N member with deamonic powers." She turned to face the others, the Phee is now hovering near her shoulder. SHe is starteled by the new chaos near the window. Aleta is now on alert again, and takes out her blade...you know what that means...
