 Duke turned again hearing the gun shot but he just smiled and ignored it. "Sure, we can try again. I'm sure Sky can take care of things while we are gone. Besides, she's got Logan to help her if anything goes stray," he said walking towards the hanger again smiling with his boots clicking like they always did down the hall way. He found the hanger and unclasped her from his back setting down his empty coffee cup and stripping down to his pants and white shirt putting his lighter in his jeans pocket and pulling on his flight suit again pulling up the F-18 Hornet again.

Xaio was much to oblivious to what was going on while following Duke clumsily still attached. The whole walk to the hanger was unnoticed which drove her silently crazy that they were already there when he had made her release him. "We're here." She was smiling wide but as they were to gear up, she froze. "S-sir, please don't look." At that moment, Xaio was removing her skirt which would've intercepted putting on the flight suit which indeed followed quickly.
Her face was blushed just in general bad planning but didn't seem to notice much for he silently withdrew the plane. It was really happening.

Duke turned bright red and smiled looking away from her as he climbed up into the front seat of the bird. He played with the controls and opened the roof and engines started roaring with the plane starting. "Come on!" he yelled pulling on the head set.

She was very much startled by the roaring of the engine for she wasn't even inside yet. It caused her to panic alittle while she scrambled inside to the seat behind Duke. Strapping herself in was a small challenge but when stable, Xaio placed a spare head set on though it was found unnecessary to her when she spoke through thoughts. "Ready" Her hands were clutching at the sides of the seat, awaiting for Duke to take off. It was very nerve racking.

Duke laughed at her nervousness as he pushed a few buttons on the front of the jet and a few on his wrist. The plane rose up like a great beast up to the roof and the celling gave way before it came to great them again turning into a small runway. "Xaio, grab that mask you see in front of you and pull it over your face. Your not going to be able to breath that well at the altitude we are going!" he commanded excitedly like a small child. He rarely flew any more, but now that he was, it was the greatest thing happening to him. "Hold on!" he said into the head set this time and the Hornet roared loudly as the engine started up to a higher power. He slowly moved forward a lever on his left and the plane lurched forward.
It started picking up speed as it ran across the roof of the building and trees from all around danced in the wind from it. Hornet started picking up greater and greater speed and then the jet's wheels left the ground. "Yeehaw!" he yelled enthusiastically and the plane launched up into the sky whistling from the morning wind.

She started shaking as they emerged above the building, not yet moving but none the less, frightening. "O-ok" Her breathing would go fast at this pace with or without the mask it seemed. Once it was on, his enthusiasm sounded loud as the plane buzzed more, sort of like a giant hornet.
"Eh" Was her doubt sounding when it finally began moving. Did she really want to go through with this? The speed increased and that seemed scary, but as soon as the plane took off, Xaio screamed. "Duuuuuuuuuke!" But no more protest was made for this was her choice and his interest. There was no way she was going to pop his bubble.
She'd get use to it soon enough.

Duke smiled happily laughing again and her nervousness. "Chill Xaio, you're not going to get hurt at all. Just sit back and enjoy the flight, I'll take it easy," he smiled happily and he pulled the plane up into a steep climb before he banked hard left and leveled them out up in the clouds.

 He tchs, looking on as Logan wraps Lukka's head to stop the pain to an extent. He stands, looking to Logan. "Whatever, watch the kid and I am going to go with Sky," he states, standing and walking out of the room. He wasn't needed and it seems that the kid would be fine, so why stay?

 I sigh softly in relief, the cool ointment feeling good on my warm skin. "Thanks," I mutter softly, looking as Cade leaves in an annoyed type manner. Sheesh, didn't ask for his help so what the heck is his problem?

 Flying through the polluted air of the city, he nearly wanted to kill the pathetic people then and there, but that wouldn't serve his purpose at all. That's when the mental message was transmitted, causing no reaction at all other than him to switch course to where she is. He lands easily, looking at her with orange eyes as he transforms into his true form. "Last time I checked I was leader of Shadows and Darkness, so where do you get off on ordering me?" he asks, face emotionless yet having a fire beneath his eyes.

She had been watching his feathered descent before he finally landed to take back on a human form. It was then he finally responded, in a not so friendly manner. Then again, none of them were really friends.
A smirk layed it's way upon her lips before they moved themselves. She wasn't like her shy weak sister at all. "You're only leader cause you happened to be here at the right place and right time." Mina stood to stroll around him casually. "Otherwise you'd be dead by now" Her gaze was picking at him, noticing little details here and there. "But if you don't mind sir, you should be planning something better then flying around lazily."

"I suppose so but that doesn't change facts," he states, hands in pockets as he waits for an explanation. "Even luck has skill, no matter the reasons behind it. I very well could've been my twin brother who was tossed out for his powers taking on a more violent form," he states, cold. "I was looking at the defenses of the base near here. I saw your sister, along with my 'dear' twin," he states, looking to the sky. "They both have powers as well, though weaker than our own," he states, hands in pockets as he easily dodges the normal human filth.::You're welcome::

"I-I'll try." Her hands still couldn't help but cling to the seat as she tried getting use to the movements of flight. It was kinda spooky, the concept on being hundreds of feet up! "I trust you alot."
When they found an even path, Xaio started looking out amongst the clouds below them as best as she could. "I kinda wanna jump into them" She told Duke in humor. It looked like a big comfy safety net of cotton candy. ~.~.~ Mina smirked when she heard some agreement. "Well you aren't exactly anti-violent yourself."
But when he mentioned their siblings, she couldn't help but stand up to stretch before thinking of something. "Then obviously they pose much as a threat, however I would prefer you not to run off and have all the fun yourself." Her knuckles cracked and she shook herself, still attempting to lose physical tension. "However you are leader she what do you propose we do? I don't want to straight on attack them but instead rather tease them. Cause alittle havoc?"

"Never said I wasn't," he states with indifferent expression on his face. He listens to her opinion, accepting she is older and from a military family. But, for once his face shows emotion as she suggests causing mayhem. "Sounds good," he states, looking to the sky. "Especially since many of their forces are not physically fit to stop our fun," he states, smile crazed as he imagines all the fun to come.

That same twisted smirk already plastered on her face smiled more with satisfaction when she saw her idea had filtered into his mind for acceptance. "So then what exactly would suggest if they aren't able bodied?" Mina gestured for him to begin following as she wanted to begin back towards their area. Better to dabble in and leave the occasionally unwanted gazes.
