Erirt soared over the land, watching as it went from green to brown. Soon enough the city came on the horizon.

Erirt went to the palace. Inwe was waiting at the window. She hugged Erirt. "You heard."
"And replied, melon*. The kind is surly frightened," Erirt chuckled.
"Kojay!" Inwe jumped on Kojay's back.

raylana sighed, not wanting anyone to interupt but it had been done. "i will be in mothers room" she siad "i do not want to be disturbed." she stalked out of the room and up to her mothers old room that had always been closed to her

"no." he said with a blank look. then he got down on one knee. "Now I am." he opened a box and a beautiful star ring came out and floated in the air.

The King took several deap breaths, letting Raylana go as if he had not noticed her.
Kaden had spent many hours in Zahara's room. "Making up for lost time," one of the guards remarked cruedly. He wasn't entirly wrong as both recounted every event between the time she had left untill now. Kaden felt hollow and empty. Hearing about Zahara's life since they parted didn't make up for what she did or all the time they lost.
They sat quietly on either side of the room, both with their eyes downcast in their own thoughts. "I love you." said Zahara quietly and weakly.
Kaden did not so much as look up. His thoughts were not on his love for Zahara, nor of Raylana for which he felt guilty. His thoughts were of himself. He tried to move himself forward in time to see what his life was like, who he was with. But to no avail, his thoughts could not move past the next moment.
