Go to the main forum. Under sub-topics, it says "Bloodlines & Summonings." Click on that and you can find a list of kekki genkai's. Find the one you want to buy and send the money to ryu-takara. You can find more info under the "Purchase a Bloodline" topic.

mine is cheap byakugan is 4000 and can negate 2 attacks plus add2 twice
