Sasuke's Mangekyou are different, OSU. His were attained at the loss of a family member at such and such rank, with such and such jutsu copied and all that fun bullshit. His weren't gained the same way Itachi's were.

That's a very good question. XD
All I know is that I might have Amaterasu and Susanoo with which to fight this war. XD But, even with my tendency to throw around powerful Jutsu like cheap hookers, I'm not going to abuse those very much at all.
