I just had to change the home page again because people are SMART. I'm dealing with a kid who seems to think that it's our fault he followed one of the known scam links to our page, logged in, and lost his account... then expects us to get it back. gonk

Hopefully large, red letters will make more people read it. >>;

i have a bad habit of not bothering to read stickies sweatdrop but i did read the front page lol

That's pretty much all we can hope for. I'm just tired of seeing scam attempt after scam attempt that uses this guild's name for a cover and then getting blamed for it.

Lol, I know the feeling. Trust me. And thanks for the warm welcome. So which stickies would I have to read to get more info on what to do here?

I don't even know anymore... it's been so long since I've looked at them. xD Ummm... well, the rules sticky wouldn't hurt, haha.

For now, this guild is just a hangout. We haven't had a major contest/giveaway in some time because our original funds ran out late August 2007. We've been trying to get our gold back up through the exchange, but it isn't always kind and it's been real slow lately.

ouch, a giveaway guild with no funds. i so know what it's like. i'm trying to get more items to giveaway in my gift giving/recieveing thread, but im also questing so...yeah, hard

i wouldnt be surprised if that in and of itself, is a scam as well

person comes in CLAIMING to have lost alot of stuff, probably throwing in some semi valuable things so its not a clear as glass scam, and then holds the guild responsible so they can gain alot of free wealth

Ah, okay. Actually he didn't claim any of that stuff. But I'm sure there are people that have... -_-

Ah, okay. Actually he didn't claim any of that stuff. But I'm sure there are people that have... -_-

but its their own fault if they get hacked like that, there are tons of gaian warnings, and they have no one but their own stupidity or newness to blame

Apperantly, Gaia houses a bunch of retards, no offense to anyone with a mental disability.

I just kinda seethed in teh scammer's thread, slamming down my websters dictionary and drilling them on the difference between a hack and a scam.
