The shield around Arisu instantly moved to Mamoru. He picked up his naginata and stood.
Mina looked at her katana. It was covered in Asuka's blood. She sank to her knees at the thought that she had killed someone. "I...I never wanted to kill anyone...I did not want to kill her...I-I'm so sorry..." she said, tears welling up in her eyes.
"You're sorry!? Apologies will not bring Asuka back! She will never laugh again...She will never cry or get angry...She'll never smile...You stole her life from her! I will kill you!" Mamoru said. He did not move, however. He knew that he would not be able to strategize well with the mixture of sorrow and anger flowing through him.

"Mina remember stay behind me" Zeek said taking a battle stance "so you did like her, well its to bad she was killed" he said waiting for a reaction.

The guards moved swiftly to take Arisu to the infirmary.

Elisabeth eyed Mamoru curiously. What's he waiting for? She twirled her axe impatiently. Her gaze shifted to the crying girl.
"Little girls shouldn't play with knives." she said smirking "I can't believe Asuka fell by your hands! You're so pathetic."

"Bah! Kill the king. Like he could ever dream of such a silly thing." Elisabeth said snickering she turned to Zeek
"I don't think he trusts anybody... not really. And with good reason it would seem."
She looked over at Mamoru. Was he ready yet? If they didn't act soon they might try to run. She eyed the exits.
Elisabeth leaned forward on on of her axes, and stared at Zeek again.
" You struck me as the ambitious sort. Not one to give up so quickly. And certainly not one to switch to the losing side. Is that really why you left? " she said and cocked her head to one side curiously

Zeek looked at Elisabeth "Shut up" he yelled shooting some air at her then he turned towards Mamoru "So does the king trust you, because I don't think it is worth fighting for someone who does not trust me" he said and leapt at Mamoru bringing his sword down at him.

Mamoru quickly parried the attack. "Hmph. I will continue to work for and protect King Annexus, even if he doesn't trust me. That is the only way to be able to earn his trust."

Elisabeth was ready this time. She rolled several feet with the blast of wind, then recovered quickly. She stood up with both axes. She looked over to see Zeek and Mamoru fighting.
"Guess I hit hit a nerve." she muttered and smiled to herself as she dusted herself off.
She glanced over at the girl. The king wanted to experiment on her right? Well if its a guinea pig he wants its a guinea pig he'll get. The girl seemed out of it. Maybe just a quick knock to the head....
She made a dash for Mina.

Jay had followed the bird untill now.He snuck into the castle and followed again the brid untill he reached its goal.He drew his knifes and hwen he saw Elisabeth dashing at Mina, he threw a dagger at her."Sorry i am a bit late,...!"

Zeek looked at Jay "Actually you are just in time" he said watching the dagger fly through the air "Arisu is injured and Asuka is well... dead" he said looking back at Mamoru for a reaction.
