Blink started to laugh at Calamity's question and said, "Me? A part of the Brotherhood... no. That's funny. I have no interest in the Brotherhood. I'm not a fighter. If my home or loved ones were threatened sure... but I'm not particularly interested in most of what the Brotherhood does."
She frowned and said, "Actually, I suppose technically I'm more of a position equal to Raven now. I help the Brotherhood when it is needed." She glanced at Shadow Walker and said, "But, I don't see why they would need two teleporters of sorts. Of course, I don't require a medium to travel but it is hard to find a place without shadows."
She raised a brow returning her gaze to Calamity, "So, I assume Warp recruited you as a part of the Brotherhood then... or Magneto forced his hand in it. So what is your gift? The name 'Calamity' is too broad for me to make a good guess to narrow it down."

Power: Magnetokinesis (Moderate-Minimal Control)~~~~~ Calamity smirked. "Magnetokinesis, just like Magneto!" he grinned, proud that he had the same power as his idol, if somewhat weaker. He stopped smiling and looked away. "I'm only in the Brotherhood because Warp saw Dark kill 3 people nearly instantly... Oh yeah, Dark is another "me" inside of me. Sometimes he comes out. He's really mean."And don't you forget it, Calamity! cackled Dark inside their shared mind.~~~~~ Dark Calamity

"I doubt you are at the Omega level Magneto is, regardless of having a power of the same nature," Blink answered coldly, narrowing her eyes at him as he casually mentioned Dark and the killing of others. "And, if it was any citizens of Genosha that you killed I would keep that quiet from Magneto. Multiple personalities aside, people here have been locked up for less. Or banished."
"If they were humans, though, Magneto wouldn't care. And, Warp... Warp is the type to take opportunities when they come. Warp doesn't entirely look at genetics in making his decisions on who he cares about dying or not," She answered. "I prefer to avoid conflict regardless, but then again my power always gives me the perfect escape."
She glanced at the clock and said, "Anyways... I probably should go before Warp-" She paused seeing Warp walk through his door carrying his small bag from the outdoor store.Warp sighed and said, "What are you doing here?" He turned and pulled out of the bag three ordinary sized sleeping bags and also a tent in a box which he placed on the coffee table."I know girls who would kill to have a purse like that," She joked before taking note of the camping gear, "You're going camping. Now of all times? I'm surprised that Magneto is letting that fly. And, you could have just asked to borrow my tent... anyways, I was delivering cookies Eris helped me make and carrying the message over that your hackers can't get through. Not here in Genosha." She shrugged, "It isn't important."

my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker quirked an eyebrow when she heard Blink's remark, Sassy remark? Heh. She must have me confused from someone else... The purple headed girl nodded in agreement about no more conflict as she continued putting things away. She eyed the cookies she brought. They looked good but as far as making them goes Shadow Walker was probably even worse off than Blink. She continued putting the groceries away then paused when she pointed out we weren't able to hack the MRD. Warp will certainly not be pleased.... She was getting to the last of the groceries that were bought, the wheat bread. Blink pointed out where it needed to go if it was glutton free. Her eyes took a closer look at the package. Then came to the conclusion that it wasn't because the other loafs of bread seem to highlight that prominently while this one didn't. She got up and found the sliding hatch that Blink pointed out." She closed the fridge door and leaned forward as Calamity's introduction unfolded. Her eyes widened as Warp came in and pulled objects out of a bag that seemed to be physically impossible to fit in. She smirked to herself and thought that power comes in handy... heh show off

Warp generally ignored her questions about the camping gear and was about to thank her for the cookies, almost surprised that Eris had offered to help the cooking inept Blink make anything. It was generally easier just to cook than let her help in the kitchen. Then he paused when he heard Blink's statement about the hackers. He narrowed his gaze at her and said, "And even with the help of a teleporter it would be near impossible to get through and a suicide mission. Even you can't make a blind jump..." He muttered a few curses, most in Latin and quite a few borrowed from the infamous Catullus known mostly for vulgar poetry.
Blink stepped back as she watched his anger slowly simmer before he finally took a deep breath and said, "It's inconvenient to work without as much intelligence but... I'll figure something out. They haven't figured out how to nullify powers from a distance yet, I'm sure they still won't for a while.""Unless the Black Reaper did get a hold of your sister's stalker and is working for the MRD.""MRD doesn't work with homo-superiors," Warp snapped."New guy in charge. MRD didn't paint us as 'sick' before and 'needing a cure'... we were monsters-to be eliminated not cured," Blink said with a shrug. "New pecking order and all that... things change... rarely for good, but they change." She straightened and walked past him pausing near him for a moment to say quietly in Spanish, "Usted no es Dios. Un dios entre muchos dioses en el mejor."Warp narrowed his eyes at her clearly annoyed, "Did you hook up with an ex-philosophy major last night or something?" Blink rolled her eyes and Warp added, "Anyways, since your here you can make yourself useful and figure out housing for the new kid.""Oh yes..." Blink sighed. "Well, I don't currently have a roommate and since I've moved in down the hall... and I assume he'd pay two-thirds of the rent." She added jokingly referring to his mention of 'Dark' his other personality.

a.k.a. Myth  Figures he wouldn't give up a hold like that. Bout time he used it. Smoke wouldn't work so now it's just a blind brawl huh? Let's see what he can do.Dean let himself be pulled in but lowered himself as he was being pulled. All he did was summon a chain in his hand which rattled a bit. He wasn't going to do anything with it right away but would Sebastian think the same way?

my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker observed the conversation between Blink and Warp. She frowned a little when Blink made reference to Amp as Heartbreaker's stalker. All because her power made him that way doesn't mean he's a stalker by choice. He's still Amp, an artist and has a total appreciation for zombie cinematics. He has a great sense of humor, and his eyes... caring... if only Cassandra would just give him a chance and put aside the fact he's under her influence. Or only if I could find a way to break her spell. I suppose that in turn would resolve both of our problems. Unfortunately right now... there's no way of even doing such a thing. She sighed to herself as they continued and wondered why bother thinking about him when it all comes down to the same conclusion. She couldn't remember the last time she felt so strongly about a guy, then again she never met Amp before her "death". It would be better off to stop thinking of him. Odds are he probably has not thought about her at all since he became part of the X-Men. Further more there was no way he could contact her unless he knew the cell number Warp gave her. Then again even if he did text her, her cell was with Warp now. Then again considering the circumstances he probably would try to rescue her himself... If that's the case she had to figure out a way to get her cell phone back. How? Warp made it very clear that he didn't want to be contacted or bothered during this excursion to the beach.

though once upon a time I was called Aimee Perry Warp looked as if he was seriously contemplating how to kill her after her joke about the Calamity and Dark issue. "That's not even funny... besides when have you ever lived with a guy?""You mean since I came to Genosha?" She asked before noticing Shadow Walker's sigh and popped out of sight before appearing beside her in the kitchen and said, "You'll give yourself wrinkles worrying too much."Warp sighed and said, "Blink... stop picking fights and joking around.""I'm not. Worrying does give you wrinkles," Blink replied. "Have you looked in a mirror lately? You need more sleep... Anyways... Calamity, right? It's unusual for anyone under 18 to get assigned to their own apartment. And wasteful. Have him room with one of the other Brotherhood members. I mean, since my roommate abandoned me to room with some tall, dark, stranger I am all alone. I don't need a two bedroom.""Do you even need one bedroom?" Warp muttered, "When was the last time you've slept in your own bed?""Last night," Blink said. "For two hours. I crashed at Eris's for a couple hours, ran a few errands, went back to my place for a couple hours and then stopped by to bake cookies with Eris. Pretty boring night, actually. I'm on probation because of the Amp situation, remember? The first time was mostly my fault..." She smiled and said, "Besides, I'm less bothersome of a roommate than any of the guys are from the Brotherhood, from what I've heard. Ask my first roommate Raven. She still loves me."
Blink smiled and said, "Unless anyone has anything better in mind, of course."

my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker was startled briefly by BIink's voice. Her previous train of thought dispersed as she rolled her eyes about her comment on wrinkles. As she mentioned lack of sleep, probably toward Warp she realized she did not sleep well the past couple of nights. She almost died drowning one night only to be hyperventalating this morning dreaming about it. Was going to the beach really all that great an idea? She was going because Warp said he needed multiple people there so Cassie wouldn't try anything.

though once upon a time I was called Aimee Perry "Go to bed," Blink said, "I'll talk to Calamity about figuring out where he would like to stay. I was mostly joking about him being my roommate, but it would make Shadow Walker's life easier since we obviously can't get along, and if I'm stuck rooming with one of the other Brotherhood, you might find one of your members in Madgascar, or China, or Siberia, or on the top of some random mountain. Depends on my mood."
She shrugged, "Anyways, I've camped enough. I can get things packed up with Shadow Walker and the kid. And, even I can make sandwiches and get some ears of corn for you to cook up if you want."Warp narrowed his eyes at her and pinched the bridge of his nose. "It's up to Shadow Walker. She is officially staying here as much as I am. And before you ask nosy questions... I'm taking my sister camping: I figured she'll like it and maybe I can get some rest.""Not really my business. Besides, sometimes it is good to catch up with family. Regardless, get an hour or two nap. If I'm run off, I'm sure Shadow Walker and Calamity can manage something like packing for camping," Blink said with a shrug. "I am serious about what I said before. Put someone too high up and you'll just get disappointed."
Warp narrowed his eyes at her and said then turned to Shadow Walker and Calamity and said, "Don't let her touch the stove, the oven, or the toaster. And if she gets too annoying kick her out. Wake me up if you need anything..." He turned and headed towards the room shutting the door behind him.Blink smiled and said to Shadow Walker, "Don't worry, I was annoyed but I got over it." And then she addressed to Calamity, "I was sort of joking about you being my roommate... don't worry about it. Just let me know where you want to stay and I can figure something out."

Sebastian felt the weight of Dean drop slightly lower. But there was little resistance. When he heard the rattling of a chain, he had an idea. He quickly dropped his left hand free he pulled out his grappling gun and aimed towards the sound of the chain. He fired. If the grapple hit the chain it would grab it and pull, and if the grapple were to hit Dean it would simply be enough to knock a bit of wind out of him for a second. Not much of an attack, but the goal of this maneuver was to pull the chain towards Sebastian, and if that chain were connected to Dean, good.
~~~~~ Calamity looked around the apartment as the others talked. He didn't feel like talking much. He looked back at Blink when she began to discuss his housing. "I don't need much. Maybe somewhere close by?" he asked timidly.

"The closest apartment would be my new place," Blink said, "Or at least free. Most of the apartments in this building are inaccessible or already occupied." She said raiding the fridge, pulling out various sandwich items the two had picked up and the bread.
"Of course, living with me has its own issues, such as the time my apartment was broken into... but I'm on probation at the moment so you could always win points with your precious Magneto if I do anything wrong," Blink said.
"But some of the Brotherhood live within a few blocks of this place. Of course, everyone has their quirks," Blink said, washing her hands before she began making basic sandwiches.

Blink rolled her eyes as she pulled out sandwich bags and a container, wrapping a made sandwich. "What exactly do you think I'm doing?" She answered. "You don't exactly strike me as the type to be capable of some mundane task like making sandwiches. Warp sent you grocery shopping right? He would have thought to pick up peanut butter as well."
She placed a few finished and bagged sandwiches in the container and moved to the next one. "Besides, I had a midnight snack-or something of that sort after I left Eris's."
"Anyways, I told Warp I would help with camping prep... that's what I intend to do. Of course, you live here too so you have some right to throw me out," She answered raising a pink brow in challenge. "Or is it more of you just freeloading off him? Then you would have no more right to throw me out than I would to throw you out."

my name is Shadow Walker As Blink replied Catherine briefly wondered, what's peanut butter? That doesn't sound like a food combination. Best not let her know that I don't know ... She frowned at the word "freeloader". She had not heard the term before but based on the context, she could tell what Blink was getting at. Instead of getting mad at her she took a deep breath and said, "Fine you can help pack food for the trip. As for Warp, I so not wish to be a burden... But I've never lived like this... to live without servants. To go out on your own without trying to keep out of sight of the paparazzi. In some ways I kind of don't want to reveal that I'm alive and the only look I'd get may be a double take. Yet, Warp is right. Them using me as a martyr... it discusts me. Why? I did everything they told me to do and all they gave me in return is just a coffin."
