Fallout: The Ruined York (Open and Accepting)

[Zahzi]

"...If I die, you're looking after Rud." Brad grunted putting her down and walking carefully to the farm.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Will do~" Alex nodded, saluting him off.

"Can't be that hard to manage."  

[Zahzi]

Brad continued to walk through the yard, walking slowly....

A soft snap could be heard as Brad had tripped a wire, causing a small explosive to go off at his feet. Luckily, the explosive had been worn down due to weather and age, and would do no more than launch Brad past Alex and Rud, unharmed from the blast itself..  

[Zahzi]

Parts of Brad's clothing was smoking due to the attack, causing his eye to twitch.
"I'm. Going. To. Hit. The. Dead. Old. Man. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd...."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"....Sorry." Alex nervously laughed, waving to Brad.

"I guess some of the traps were still active..."  

[Zahzi]

"No shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit....."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"My Dad was, uh... Cautious. VERY Cautious."  

[Zahzi]

"And gonna get hit..." Brad growled, marching towards the house.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"But... But... My Dad's dead..." Alex blinked with confusion, watching Brad.  

[Zahzi]

"HE'LL FEEL IT IN THE OTHER WORLD!!" Brad barked, hearing another click but jumping over the mine and pointing the shield down at it.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"He's not doing anything wrong!" Alex barked, raising an eyebrow at Brad and his way of defending himself from the next mine.

"...You know you're still going to get launched that way, right?"  

[Zahzi]

Right before the explosion occurred, he slammed the shield onto the mine, causing the explosion to hit downward, causing soil to go everywhere.

"...........Wussy~"  

[Zahzi]

One of Rud's fingers then flicked Alex on the back of the head. Were she to look over her would be staring at the sky, as if he did nothing at all.
