ive gotten them. i deleted them though my friend told me she opened one and it had pictures of like before and after! eww. so i jsut deleted it.

the cosmetic thing has been going on for quite long now... haha.. marketing gimmick for public awareness since now it's a competitive business in the beauty industry
there are heaps of plastic surgery reality tv... where they have a team of pple, dentist, surgeon, psychologist/psychiatrist, etc for make-overs..
the slimming/bust enlargement centres are also saturated in singapore... they are practically everywhere.. xD
oh well, even doctors are trying to earn more money by encouraging pregnant women to undergo surgery to take the baby out than to go by the natural birth way.. -.-"""

But think how these add agencies manage to generate my home email address? Obviously the various online companies that I originally submitted my email to(I got involved in a porn site registration thing years ago and then an online betting scheme a year ago-don't ask ninja ) then passed that address on to associated online companies who then further referred my email address to more online companies. Thus the amount of online foreign companies who know about my email address keeps on growing. That's why I keep getting increasing amounts of junk mail like the p***s enlargement things.

I still vote random generator. Because that's why you get spam from addresses which have like the first word or few letters in common with yours etc. Why they think that would be more likely to get past filters is beyond me.. sweatdrop

I've got spam email in my Bath university email address and I've only had it for 2 weeks. o___0;;
Definitely haven't used it to sign up for anything at all, that's for sure. I got one email saying I'd won a million dollars and one asking me to donate money to an hispanic artist. >.>

Same here my uni account's gotten dozens of emails from dodgy foreign companies and also from anonymous people, either other students or something who wrote disgusting love me messages. sweatdrop
However. my hotmail accounts and gmail accounts have both been safe from spam attacks. Maybe because university email accounts are linked to so many other email accounts on the same email network so it's quite easy to have chain letters to spread rapidly through many email accounts.
