Why didn't they give both Tieflings and Aasimar's a possible core race in 4e?

Or did they? I haven't gotten a 4e book yet. Don't plan to until the monk comes back.

OKAY ZORMONKEY.
There's the 'usa-chan'
I vectored it, but then I put it back into normal resolution, and it looked REALLY CHOPPY, so I blurred the b*****d to look like a stuffed rabbit. 8D
I saved both psd files, incase you don't LIKE THE PROGRESS I PUT INTO IT. D8
I'll get the other image done some other time. Computer memory is low low lwo and I need to figure out why...
