Journey to the Aizawa lands: a truth stranger than fiction

[Kendansa]

Hikari glanced at the long, low wooden building. At the most it was only four stories high, wooden with a stone foundation, like all of the other buildings of the city. The advanced technology was not immediately noticeable, but when she looked closely, she noticed things like digital locks on the doors and the occasional phaser or blaster hooked to a belt.

"This is it, I think," she said, walking in. The interior was completely different from the outside. It was stark white, modern, and very sterile. Upon entering the door, they were accosted by a nurse in a white labcoat behind a reception counter.

"Good morning. Are you all coming to visit someone?"

"Um... Was Mitos-sama brought here earlier?" Poor Hikari was short enough that she was standing on her tiptoes trying to see the patients list behind the nurse.

"Why, yes, in fact, he was. The Dark Guard brought him in from the battle not to long ago. But they've got him in the healer right now, so he should be shipshape in a few minutes," she said, smiling.

she stood next to hikari she was just alittle taller than the desk.

god how high is this thing

"...seems fine to me"

he walked up to the desk it was only up to a little below his shoulders.

"you sure you arn't imagining it?"

dude did you ever notice you were taller than us?

She pushed her self up with her elbow trying to stay up.  

[Kendansa]

((Acutally, Hikari is just VERY short.))

The nurse looked at Hikari and smiled. "So, how old are you, anyway? You look like you're in fourth grade down at the elementary school."

"Fourth... grade...?" Hikari asked, turning white. She didn't know she looked THAT little!

it's ok Hikari sometimes being short is a good thing.

"anway, nurse, we need to find Mitos, which room?"  

[DemonEndi]

She gave up on trying to stay up and waited.

xantos peered at the chart behind the nurse.
"room 24"
he walked off in the direction of the room

She walked behind him.  

[Kendansa]

((Sorry I'm about 48 hrs late! I had some friends over and we watched all three Pirates movies in a row!))

Mitos was already sitting in a chair, recovering from the light-headedness that tended to follow being in the healer. He glanced up at them as they came in.

"Oh. It's you. I take it the battle against Cruxis was a success?" he asked, still not completely back to reality.

She stood there.

Did you expect us not to win?

She smiled alittle.  

[Kendansa]

"I didn't know what to expect," Mitos replied, trying to stand up and getting another bout of dizziness. He contented himself with sitting. "Pronyma was the self-proclaimed leader of the Five Grand Cardinals, with good reason. I assume Forcystus will take her place, but there should be chaos within their group for a long while until someone finally gains control."

She nodded wait to see if someone else would say anything.  

[Kendansa]

"Um... Mitos-oniichan?" Hikari asked slowly. Mitos aknolwledged her with a short nod.

"Um... I got my wings... am I gonna be okay? You know, from the Angel Disease?"

"... Can you feel anything?"

"What...?"

"If I were to hit you right now, would you be able to feel it?" Mitos asked, looking annoyed.
