Kiae slept peacefully, tucked against Ethin. She only woke when the morning sun began to fill the room, bright enough to make her realize it was well past dawn. Feeling Ethin's arms around her, she smiled contently and sank against him, deciding not to wake him.

She smiled in return, knowing she had to move and not wanting to just yet. "Good morning," she murmured, shifting to see him better. "Did you sleep good?" she asked, glancing up at him.

Kiae nodded, already missing the feel of his arms around her and mentally scolded herself. "Stop mooning like a lovestruck child," she ordered herself silently, but it lacked the force she meant it to have. She smiled to herself instead and followed his movements around the room with her gaze.
"We should speak with Esole today," she remarked dryly, unsure whether she should tell the Green or not. If they stayed together much longer though, she knew it was inevitable she find out.

Kiae made sure she was covered when she heard a knock at the door and a nervous voice on the other side. "Enter!" she called, surprised to see a slip of a girl run in.
"Mi'Lord has sent up breakfast and a bath for you, mi'lady," she said quickly, moving about the room and into the small bathing room where the tub was in quick motions. "If you'll just wait, mi'lady, I'll have them in a jiffy," she continued, pulling out the tub and rushing from the room once again.
Kiae laughed to herself but waited patiently, and soon enough the tub was full with hot water and a breakfast tray was on the table nearby. She sank into the bath with a sigh of pleasure and allowed herself to relax for a bit before drying off and dressing in a warm, fur-trimmed gown to guard against the cold, braiding her hair loosely down her back before finishing off her breakfast with an appetite that surprised her.
She glanced out the window and saw more snow had fallen, enough to make the town look dusty.

Kiae turned and nodded, glad to have him back. "That seems like a plan for the moment. I still have a contact who may be able to procure a meeting with the guard," she added, hoping they would be able to learn more this day.

"I would prefer not to," Kiae admitted with a shake of her head. "I don't want to intimidate the man, after all."

Kiae smiled at the gesture. "We're only going to get snow on us again once we leave," she pointed out, patting his arm. Realizing her hair was still down her back, she took a few moments to pin it up, using small weaves of Air to hurry the process along. Finished, Kiae wrapped herself in her own cloak, more for appearence than actual necessity since Aes Sedai didn't feel the weather the same as other people.
"We should speak to Esole first, to ensure she has not already found and spoken with the man," she decided, not wanting to chance such a thing.

Kiae's jaw dropped slightly at the unexpected speech and she felt herself blushing from it. She wasn't sure how to respond to such a compliment and settled for kissing him lightly.
"Ethin, I don't know what to say half the time when I'm around you," she told him teasingly, before moving to head down the stairs.
