Description: this is a very powerful jutsu that takes a massive amout of chakra, after making many hand signs the users punches the ground and raises a powerful tower of glass that can be seen around a large land scape, this tower has the ability to absorb jutsus like a lightning rod of jutsu, then shoot the jutsu back at the user of the jutsu, the glass tower is very durable and can olny be destroyed by jutsu higher than the rank of the ninja that used it the glass tower may olny reflect jutsu of the user rank and lower the stronger the ninja get the stronger the tower gets

Note* can't reflect jutsu ranked higher than the user without being destroyed

Fanoto: Wow, you are really good at this thou the grinding sand would have to be higher if you going to mix it with a punch because of the concentration you would need to do the two.
Ronnel no Fenniksu, Ric, and Katsuro Kinjo: Denied. Ric, I denied it once so don't try to get it anymore. Ronnel, yours are the wrong rank and overpowered, plus a chunnin can't learn S ranked jutsus, they don't have the chakra for it let alone create one.

Thanks. So I'd probably up the level of grinding sand to the point where in order to use it while moving would require Jounin level, but if the user remains still they can still use it.

Just one question. Since there are new rules, would you like me to repost my three jutsu with the altered 10+ sentence descriptions?

Description: The user makes handsigns beginning and starting with the tiger. The user's skin the starts to glow slighty. Due to the hyper accelerated blood flow in the body. Intead of oxygen in the rd bloods cels. Pure fire chakra covers them. The fire chakra then spreads to every aspect of the users body. Now that the fire chakra keeps a constant rythm in the users body the jutsu is active. Once anything comes in contact with the users body it suddenly explodes and or spontaneously combust. Emblazing the entire 3 foot area in fire. To keep this jutsu actice only fire chakra can me used. Only a direct strike from a water jutsu can dactivate this jutsu. Other then the user stopping the chakra flow to his body of course.

Description: this is a jutsu that may be learned at Academy student but will not be very useful til higher rank, the ability is to dispurt chakra flow in and object or jutsu this ability is dangerous becuase the user must come in contact with the jutsu, the user once in contact with the jutsu may destroy it but the user must use twice the amount of chakra as the enemy using the jutsu and the user may olny destroy jutsu of thier rank or lower.

Ex. if a stone pillar of earth is launched at you hitting it with your fist may collapse the pillar but the user wil llose twice as much chakra as the ememy who used the jutsu

2nd Ex. a sand justu requires user to flow of chakra through the sand if the user of this jutsu comes in contact with the justu they may collapse the structure but at twice the amount of chakra it took to use the jutsu

Description: Created to serve as a counter to the Sharingan and Byakugan, this jutsu works off the theory that the two doujutsu operate by seeing the target's chakra. After intense concentration, chakra is emitted from the pores of the skin. This chakra disrupts the chakra sight the inventor believed the doujutsu focused on. When facing a Sharingan wielder, the Uchiha or implantee cannot copy jutsu or discern speed and actions based off of muscle tension.Facing a Byakugan wielder, their eye cannot discern the exact location of the tenketsu points in the target, foiling the tenketsu hits their bloodline Taijutsu is based off of. This jutsu does not act as a physical shield, nor does it enhance the user's actions or attacks. Also, using this jutsu requires constant attention, so it negates other jutsu. Taijutsu attacks can be used, but any usage of a ninjutsu or genjutsu will disrupt the chakra mist. When the mist is disrupted, it requires a delay of 15 minutes to be used again.

Description: This is a fearful mind affecting jutsu. It has the potential to literally shatter a person's hold on sanity. It works by using betrayal, and as such, can only be sued by someone who has felt strong emotiions of being betrayed, be it from being severly hurt by a friend, or seeing the friend betray their viilage and dreams. The jutsu draws those feelings of betrayal and projects them into the target's mind, creating images appropriate to the victim. This could manifest in a seeing a loved one die, or being attacked and killed by close friends. This jutsu take one turn to create, and another to utilize, giving the target ample time to get away. Victims of this jutsu that somehow retain their hold on sanity will become distrustful of all around them, as the jutsu creates a lingering sense of paranoia in the victim's mind. This can be cured by intense care, or by a deep trust that is reaffirmed. If the victim falls in true love, the jutsu is erased permanently. Also, this jutsu cannot be used on one person more than once. If the jutsu fails the first time, the intended victim becomes immune to it from then on.

Description:The user of this jutsu has to be from the sand village to perform. After the user goes through the hand signs he focuses his chakra to a specific part of his body. Which ever part of the body they focus their chakra in turns into sand which they can control. There is only as much sand as there would be body part.If the user is caught in a genjutsu they can't return the sand to there body till the next day. This jutsu can also be used on the opponent to turn a body part to sand. The opponents body part won't form back into the body part until the next day. Also someone else who knows this jutsu can restore the opponent back to normal. The user can also make the sand into a weapon that attaches to their body. For this they must know the hot sand forge jutsu.

Description: Often used more so before battle rather than during a fight, it allows for a nice kick for those using sand to attack. The general idea of the jutsu is to create bombs, but not those that use heated means, but rather pressurized ones. In order to create one of these "items," one must first create a hollow sphere with a small hole on the surface. When the sphere is considered stable, the user then proceeds with the arming of the device. This is done by using one's wind chakra to inject pressurized wind into the sphere. The degree to which the wind is pressurized varies by rank, skill, & chakra. Even at the lower ranks, they are enough to give the enemy a decent shock. They are more than likely implemented into regular sand attacks, hiding them within at which point they can be detonated. During creation, the user can choose whether or not they want it to detonate on contact with the enemy or not, but either way it can still be remotely triggered. This is simply done by forcing a light intrusion to occur, and in the huge change in pressure to be recognized, making it go off and explode. The size and power are dictated below:

D-Rank
-Pea-sized
-Enough to make a fairly decent pop & cause noticable pressure on impact.

C-Rank
-Golfball-sized
-Enough for a loud pop and force to cause the opponent to take a step if within immediate contact.

B-Rank
-Poolball-sized
-Enough for a large bang and enough to force the opponent to loose balance.
-If used in smaller sizes, can bruise skin.

A-Rank
-Gatorskinball-sized
-Enough for a bomb-like crack and can cause opponent to get knocked off feet.
-If used in smaller sizes, can tear through skin.

Description: This genjutsu is a simple, yet effective one as it targets something often overlooked. Within all, at least most, villages, there resides a much simpler community. This community seeks safety from the ninja world within the walls of the hidden villages. They go about average lives and are usually in charge of the village's businesses, signifying their importance. Since most, if not all, of these people have no prior training, meaning they probably know little about shinobi techniques, more specifically, genjutsu. Once teh user performs the appropriate hand seals, they must be at some kind of decent altitude within the village to effectively target this community. It is most effective when used in the center of the mass population because the gejutsu spreads in a downward cone fashion, signifying the importance of needing to be above the population. When activated, the genjutsu will spread without any kind of trace aside from its chakra. With the chakra entering people, it quickly dissipates from the air to absorb into the people. It is important to note the people:chakra ratio as it will signify that amount of control they have over them. Any normal ninja at an Advanced Genin or standard Chuunin level would not even notice the effects as their body would naturally dispel it. Once in effect, the genjutsu will cause the people to first become paranoid. Shortly following this stage, they will specifically target the village as the source for this fear, thinking that they, as villagers, were the target of some kind of mass assassination. This would take about five minutes until the next stage kicks in. Stage 3 influences the villagers to band together in a large revolt against the ninja part of the village, attempting to oust them. A side-effect to the justu is that if only a portion of the normal villagers are infected, they can spread actual hysteria among the rest of the population. Just as well, those not infected that resist the revolt will often fall pray to the large mob causing fights not only between villagers and shinobi, but villager on villager as well. Often used as a distraction, it gains much of its use through sabotage missions.

it Requiers 2 turns to prepair and while the preperation lats the target is almost undeffended(unless a special jonin or higher). It servs as a Defansive and Offansive Jutsu a blade barrier and a barrage of thrown weaponry thou it is more offansive as the barrier is week and easy to pass by. it is the Drumer's Barrage cause the user of this jutsu summons the weapons by druming a Kabuki-like tone with his hands on anything hollow thou a drum whuld be prefferd

Description: a mixture of C3 Clay sanke and Incinerateing hale litteraly. This jutsu is based on a hardly avoidable ground/air attack baseing on fire and explosion it takes 4 turns to prepari (chewing clay, planting mines 2 turns and forming hale 1 turn) while chewing on the clan and planting mines (done by snake) you do not haf to stand still but while forming the hale you are needed to stand still can concentrate your chakra to form a bigger cinder cloud razz

This is just to avoid any yelling or arguments, but before you post, please take the time to check the first post in the thread for updated rules. There have been a few new additions including a new 10 sentence minimum requirement for the description. Please review said post before you re-submit your jutsu.
