Lucien may have completely forgotten about coming back to the class for a second round but Lilith certainly wasn't missing out like she had the first time. She had transferred in just a little bit too late to join in but now she was here and ready to go. Magic was wonderful, especially when used in hexes and curses, raising the dead and what not. It was general lollygagging for her, but it certainly would look good on her transcript. She was a reaper after all, what kind of graduate would she be if this class wasn't one she attended?

It seemed surprising, but Lilith didn't rush over to the sloth demon and even greeted Colette with a greeting as she passed by and found herself a comforting place to rest her derriere on. Just what was in the water that Lilith was drinking? Perhaps it had something to do with the previous NAP Club meeting. Probably. Most certainly.

Seiji wasn't entirely sure why he had signed up for this class. Perhaps curious about what went on within it, or perhaps panicking over having successfully missed every other sign up that'd come up since his enrollment. Whatever the reason, he wandered into the classroom looking quite unsure of his decision, and was quick to take a seat near the back.

He had no magic, Jikininki weren't mystical specters, they were corpse eating ghosts. Still, perhaps he'd learn something cool, you never knew.

Glancing around the room and those already gathered he soon realized he didn't know very many of the students in attendance.. Only 2 really, and only vaguely from Fitness Club. "Hey Mot, Lizzy" That had been their names, right? Probably.

Jove was not sure if he was capable of anything magical, but signing up for more classes assured he would have more homework and more studying to occupy his nights. And he was all up for more distractions. So when Curses, Hexes, and Spells opened up for registration, Jove put down his name.

Well, after a hasty letter to his caretaker to ask if it was possible for ghosts to learn magic. The reply was encouraging.

But when the pup stepped into class, he immediately considered leaving again. There were so many Reapers involved... With an anxious whine he lingered at the door, and then caught sight of one of his best Tough Guy friends who could surely keep him safe. So just like on the boat trip, Jove gravitated towards Seiji and stood a little closer than usual.

Whisper had heard through the grape vine that there was another class going on, and jack be damned if she was going to miss it. Admittedly, it was a class she knew very little about, but there was nothing wrong with learning something new. Perhaps something very good would come out of this other than marks.

This was really the class that Myr was interested in, as that was what Reapers used, and when he heard that it was open, he signed up eagerly. This would hopefully be one of the more useful classes that he would take.

His first day of school, and Roch had no idea what he was doing, really. He looked in the door first, glancing around to see who all he knew. Well, there was Lizzy, and there was Mot, and this was one of those "important for bein' a reaper" classes, so he figured he might as well go in. He still wasn't quite sure what to do about schooling. But he had managed to rummage up a notebook and a pen! That was a step in the right direction, right?

"Hey," he said, raising a hand to the room. "I can join this class, right?" Which seemed mild from the punk looking boil.

Sin had enjoyed the professors previous class and she had been slacking. Slacking was the worst offense in her parents world and Sin felt a sense of shame creeping up on her. It wasn't that she didn't want to go to her classes it was just that so much had happened and so much more was happening. Thankfully they were on the verge of the end of a semester, Prom was upcoming and maybe they would have some actual vacation time and not just more horrible miserable field trips.

Granted the school field trips had taught her a lot as well, but she was glad to be back in a simple classroom setting. There were no horrible toys or hooded figures trying to kill them here. Of course this was a more magical class and she still had the jitters when it came to reapers. Still one had to just get over such small discomforts if one wanted to master various skill sets.

She slid into a seat and glanced around at the assembled students, lots of new faces it seemed, and a few familiar ones.

Curses, hexes, and spells? That made Nyyrikki nervous. Aside from animating his chains - often poorly, at that - Nyyrikki didn't do a lot of practice in those fields. Sad, considering his race, but he found it hard enough to control his weapon, which should have come easiest to him, so why should he be able to do much else?

Granted, he had troubles because he didn't pay attention when he was younger, but he didn't have a lot of confidence in his ability to pay attention now either. He was pretty much jacked whatever the case.

Still, he slipped into a desk anyways and rested his chin on his hands, waiting for the torture to begin.

((Okay, I'd say this class is full! I will post an IC assignment tomorrow morning and you will have a few days to get your submissions in. If I get them all in quickly, then I can move ahead without waiting, but you can feel free to take some time with the assignment. I can promise that it won't be very difficult though. :] ))

With the arrival Jove to the classroom, Seiji's mood perked up considerably. Finally, someone he knew well. Very well. Hell, the kids was like the little brother Seiji could have had in life but couldn't remember in death. Sitting up a little straighter, he flashed a smile at the whisp as he wandered over and gave his shoulder a small squeeze when he'd come to a stop at his side. "Hey Kid, glad you're here." Not only a friend, but another ghost. He wouldn't be the only magically challenged student in the class. So far as he knew, at least.

As a voice was raised to reach the whole of the room, Seiji looked up to see a similarly dressed boil lingering in the door way. He was obviously new, not just by the fact Seiji had never seen him before, but the very nature of his question. He rose his voice to answer, waving his clawed hand idly. "Ya man, go ahead."

Roch glanced up, giving the other boil a crooked grin. "Thanks," he said, stepping in. He felt a niggling of... something... making him nervous. He wasn't quite sure what, though. It was like a faint sensation in the back of his head trying to tell him something--

Oh well, hell if he knew. He headed for the nearest empty chair at one of the long tables, then started digging though his pockets to pull out a pen and a rather strange piece of paper. It looked like a music sheet. "I'm gonna haveta get some real paper, huh?" Roch said, looking at it before shrugging and tossing it onto the table.

For the most part, Shun hadn't been paying too much attention in terms of who was coming in and whatnot. Since it seemed like the class had been filled up more or less, he glanced on around for the moment. He didn't really recognize any of the people that had just walked in, so it didn't take long before he just returned his attention elsewhere in the meantime. The reaper was really hoping this class would be more hands on than just theory drivel.

Jove's tail gave a slight wag. Coming from Seiji, being called "kid" didn't sound nearly as childish as it might have implied from anyone else. It was like... a nickname! And any nickname from Seiji had to be a good thing.

The pup wasn't pleased for long, when he realized Seiji was calling out to another reaper. And said reaper was sitting dangerously close to the pair of them... Jove's ears flopped backwards, the air was full of reaper-scent. How would he be able to concentrate on the lesson if all his attention was being stolen by thoughts of reapers terrorizing him?

Idly Roch's eyes fell on the guy that had called him in, then on his companion. Well s**t, he thought, a ghost. They were everywhere, weren't they? Ears back? Dog ears? He stared at the little ghost--Ghoul? No, as long as the kid didn't try to make friends or start a fight he would just ignore them, Roch decided, turning back to his paper.

But was it a ghoul? He glanced up again, frowning slightly as he tried to guess. Kinda looked like a boil, actually... But seriously, did ghost gender really matter? They were still ghosts, and ghosts were problems. So stop staring, jackdammit!

He looked at his paper, then started drawing notes on it, more for something to do than because he was composing. At least, at first.

"No problem." Though he'd responded, ,his attention had turned back to Jove, and he grinned down at the other ghost boil, nudging his tail with the toe of his boot. "How's it shakin' hmm? Feeling better then the other night, right?" He didn't go into specifics, but Jove would know what he was talking about.

Seemed the pup was picking up on all the reapers. The jikininki could feel them as well, but he was doing his best to just ignore the low hum of uneasy magic that seemed to be filling the room.
