Fight to Live, Live to Fight. [O/A]

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I had thought as much. But I know why he's here too. Not even that title could get him out." Habitus replied with a heavy sigh, saddened to see Krom having to remain here.  

[Zahzi]

"Yes...A sad story..." Divinious sighed, looking at Krom.
"I've asked him if he wanted to retire, but no. He chooses this life willingly...Fortunately though, I found a way for it to be easier for him."

"So, Krom could you leave?" Habitus rose his eyebrow, confused by the news.

"What could possibly make him stay and choose this over freedom?"  

[Zahzi]

"If he were to leave, he would be a target of the man whose sons he killed. The Criminal Underworld would converge upon him like demons. Not even he could survive against them all..." Divinious told him.
"Although, I'm guessing you already know of his past..?"

Calidan stared at the three men, before picking up one of the spears and hurling it towards the large man. He grunted as he did so, feeling lightheaded once again. Blood dripped onto the dusty ground which quickly mixed in with the dirt.  

[Zahzi]

Krom just twisted his body to the right slightly, letting it pass by him, nearly hitting someone else.

"SONOFA!!"

Divinious looked over at the yeller, rolling his eyes, before looking at everyone else.

"Tch," Calidan muttered before falling down to one knee.
Gods, his head hurt like hell.  

[Zahzi]

Divinious looked down at Calidan with a smirk as he crossed his arms.
"So. What have we LEARNED today, child..?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I'm aware of it." Habitus replied before he watched the fight spark up again. He watched a bit dully, watching the rebellious warrior very closely, as he intended to be back up.
When the fight ended, he grunted lightly but remained in his spot.

Blue eyes glared back up at the man standing before himself, defiance and pride glimmering within Calidan's eyes. Calidan remained silent before forcing himself to his feet and wiping the blood away from his head.  

[Zahzi]

Krom stared down at Calidan for a few moments before turning around and walking back to the training pit.

"Child~ I know you hear me~" Divinious cooed.
"Don't make me get a stick and start poking you~"

Atella had remained underneath the tree, where she sat when Krom had left to attend to the rowdy newcomer. As her trainer returned, she lightly groaned and frowned. He was rough and far too skilled for her.
She seriously wondered if she'd survive training enough to make it to the coliseum...

Habitus watched Krom leave, but remained put behind the wounded assassin. He would remain until he was sure for himself things were under control.

Krom looked over to her with his usual dull expression and waited for her to come.
"We have not finished today's training."

Calidan stood there and looked around at the others before stalking off. He needed to find something to clean up his wound and rest. It seemed he would be stuck here for a while until he was able to defeat these people and escape. Calidan had found an old cloth which he ripped apart and used clean the blood away from his cut.

Divinious rose an eyebrow, watching Calidan walk off.
He then looked back at Habitus.
"..Would you mind keeping an eye on the kid for now, seeing as he's CLEARLY going to attempt something sooner or later..?"
