Ashpaw nodded his agreement and watched as Brackenheart left them alone, "ok i think the first line means to of ours we trust will have blackness in their hearts, one a great warrior, the other a cat deeply trusted"/b] he mewed after he was sure Brackenheart was out of hearung range

After grooming her kits, Duskheart left the Nursery to get a mouse to eat. While on her way back from the fresh-kill pile, Duskheart caught wind of the two nearby apprentices' conversation. She said nothing to them, but decidedly took it upon herself to keep a close eye on them.

Dawnpaw thought over the next verse. "Hmm, well, both of us don't know what we have to know soooo, lets just be aware of anything we learn from now on. I know for sure that we will have to take risks, and i really do not want to choose between you and someone else." she looked really concerned.

Ashpaw returned the nuzzle, "so are you, Dawnpaw" he meowed, he realized he really liked her then, but didn't say anything about out it to Dawnpaw, "what if she doesn't like me" he thought
