Homaru walked to his sensei and talked to him. He threw his dark blue hair away from his eyes

"Sensei... can you teach me the next technique?"

He asked, as he took a deep bow.

"Well then, you've learned the first three have you? That qualifies you as a Gennin." The clone disappeared into the central house/building for a moment, then came back out with a headband on one palm. It tossed the hitai-ate to the boy and tapped one finger against its chin.
"Now then, Gennin-san, what is it that you want to learn? Are you a Ninjutsu wielder, to fling your element about with ease? Or maybe a Genjutsu man, to cripple your enemy with illusions. Or a Taijutsuist, to pound your foe into nothing before you? Or something else, like a Puppeteer, or a Weapons Wielder? Which path do you walk?"

Tenketsou picked up the blue scroll as he opened scrolling down to the first jutsu in the next section. After a few minutes of reading he set the scroll down next to him as he practiced performing the hand signs to the jutsu as he always did when learning jutsu.1/2

When he felt like he had gotten the hand signs down he took a deep breath as he focused on his chakra. "Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)!" Tenketsous head dropped before it shot back up releasing multiple bullets of compressed water slamming into the wall across from him.2/2

Tenketsou picked up the blue scroll again as he opened it and moved on to the next jutsu in the section. After a few minutes of reading he set the scroll down next to him as he practiced performing the hand signs to the jutsu once more in order to perform the jutsu perfectly.1/2

Tenketsou stood right along the edge of the steam as he made the hand signs required. "Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)." Tenketsous body slowly changed to water as it created a small puddle that slowly slide into the water of the stream allowing him to hide successfully.2/2

Tenketsous body slowly reverted to its normal state as he climbed out the stream as standing next to it as he manipulated all the water out his clothing and back into the stream.He then picked up the blue scroll as he scrolled down to the third jutsu in the section. After a few minutes of reading he set the scroll down next to him as he practiced performing the hand signs to the jutsu,seeing how well it was working out.1/2

Tenketsou smiled as he flashed through the hand signs. "Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)." He manipulated the water in the stream to create 25 water shuriken as they launched out the stream right at the wall causing them to stick in for a second before reverting back to water.2/2

Tenketsou picked up the blue scroll again as he opened it and moved on to the next jutsu in the section. After a few minutes of reading he set the scroll down next to him as he practiced performing the hand signs to the jutsu once more in order to perform the jutsu perfectly.1/2

He slowly performed the required hand signs as he atop the loose soil next to the stream. "Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)." Without warning, a pair of pincers to rose out of the ground and tried to grab Tenketsous by his ankles before slowly pulling him down underground.2/2

Tenketsou remained underground for a few seconds before his body turned to water seeping into the stream next to him.As he re-solidified he gulded down some of the stream water replenishing his energy a bit before climbing out the water.He smiled as he read over the next jutsu on the list as he figured it would be so useless.1/2

Tenketsou closed his eyes as he performed the hand signs required. "Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)." A shield of water formed around Tenketsou as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the his head.He smiled as he made tentacles form out of it as they began to move around almost as if they were dancing.2/2

After playing with the water shield for a bit Sonic released it causing the water to fall to the ground around him.He picked up the blue scroll once more as he began reading the last jutsu in the section that he was to learn."Finally I am going to finish."1/2

Tenketsou took a deep breath as he performed the hand signs rapidly. "Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique)." Tenketsou watched as multiple oil clones formed all around him as he began lashing out kicks at all of them only form his attacks to go right through them. "Looks like success."2/2

Tenketsou slowly picked up his Suiton scroll closing it and putting it away only to take out another blue scroll with his Clan Seal on it.He slowly opened it reading over the first jutsu."This seems pretty simple." Tenketsou slowly began practicing the hand signs required before he even attempted to perform the jutsu.1/2

Once Tenketsou felt ready me made the hand signs quickly. "Kei Mizu no Jutsu (Water whip technique)." He held his right hand out with his palm to the sky as the moisture in the air around him created a water whip in his hand.There wasnt much moisture so the whip was kinda small but it would work for now.2/2

Tenketsou picked up the clan scroll with the whip as he held it out and read it to himself quickly. After a few minutes of reading he dropped the scroll and the whip and began practicing the hand signs.1/2

Once Tenketsou felt ready he inhaled deeply making the hand signs. "Irege (Switch)." He slowly placed both of his hands against a tree as he forced his chakra into them causing the tree to slowly turn to water.After a minute of waiting the tree had made a giant puddle where it used to stand."Nice."2/2

The clone tossed the brat a small croll and crossed its arms.
"That is the basic Kugetsu jutsu, or Puppetry technique. Show me that you can learn that before I teach you its older brother." It leaned against the nearby wall and watched him closely.


"Good boy, good. Alright, the next technique you'll learn is known as the Kawarimi. It's a useful skill that has saved my life many times, and can be used in a variety of situations. These are the seals for it." The clone ran through a chain of seals slowly, so the boy could observe them.

That's great. Work on a bit of variety in how you do it, but other than that it is perfect. Your current technique takes two posts to learn. And you don't have to make them individual posts, they can be in the same post just as separate paragraphs. What's important isn't the number of posts, but rather the number of sentences and paragraphs you take to learn it.))

All right guys. If you want to learn Sand techniques, you'll have to give up one of your normal elements. Obviously, Ice can't learn this until he reaches Chuunin because of taking Water as his element because of his bloodline.))

Homaru closed his eyes and tried to do the same seals as the clone did. He succeded from the first time. As chakra formed in his body, the technique worked.

Well, the Sunaton would give you an unexpected edge, whereas the Kusaton would 'fit' your Mokuton wielder better. The thing is, you can only have three Elements maximum when you reach Jounin, so that means you'd have to give up Earth for either Sunaton or Kusaton.))

Tenketsou took a deep breath as he walked away back to his secluded area next to the stream.He slowly pulled out a brown scroll with black edging with a big Senju Clan symbol on it."Free Lancer!"

Tenketsou slowly opened up the scroll as he began reading over the first jutsu inside it.As he finished he set the scroll down and performed the hand signs that the scroll had listed. "Mokuton: Shibu Shuriken [Wood Release: Branch Shuriken]." With out warning a branch emerged from the ground in front of Tenketsou swinging towards a tree sending bits and pieces of bark towards it.The bit quickly transformed into shuriken as they stuck into the tree deeply.1/1

Teneketsou picked up his scroll once more as he moved on to the next jutsu on the list he was suppose to learn. After he finished reading it he set the scroll to his side once more flashing through the hand signs. "Mokuton: Moku Kawarimi no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Replacement Skill]."Teneketsou was quickly replaced with a wood dummy as it bursted sending out bits and pieces of wood in all angles.1/1

Tenketsou emerged from behind the tree as he picked up his scroll and started reading over the last jutsu in the section he was to learn.He slowly closed up the scroll performing the required hand signs once more as he smiled ."Mokuton: Moku Bunshin [Wood Release: Wood Clone]." Wood slowly began emerging from Tenketsous chest as it went on to form a perfect wood clone as another rose up from the ground next to him.1/1

Tenketsou looked over the two clones before manipulating his chakra turning them into little pills that he placed into his hip pouch for later.

Homaru said, and grabbed the headband that was flying in the air. He then did it around his forehead and did the sides softly around his head. After that he made the two ends tight on each other

"Sensei... what do I have to do now?"

Maki walked into the area yawning his face was blank as he approached the enclosure and remained that way as he watched others train,

"Unintresting...."

he said leaning against a rock.

Ragetsu stepped eagerly onto the training grounds; today was to be his first day of serious training at the academy. He was extremely happy to know that the training here would take the place of the Academy's training; he could only hope that the tutor here was just as good as the one at the academy was promised to have been. Upon entering the grounds, Ragetsu noted at least two others on the grounds. He couldn't help but grin; there were more new students; new opponents. "Hello everyone. I'm here to become a Genin." He said with a light smile.
