Background Info:
Homaru grew up as an orphan in the village of the hidden mist. He was a kid that would mostly run away from the orphanage to go to see the ninja's training. Once in a while he would also go to the library to read about these ninja's and their strength and fame. In this library he found something that intrigued him more than any other jutsu, it was füinjutsu, the ability to seal. He already knew that he needed to become an excellent medical ninja to be able to learn sealing jutsu's. When he was old enough he joined the ninja academy of the hidden mist to become what he always wanted to be, a sealing expert. Of course, he knew that this would mean that he wouldn't be the best ninja in a fight, but he didn't care for that. His interest for sealing jutsus were far greater than those for fighting. If it was necessary, he would even get a job inside the village so that he didn't need to fight on the battlefield.

Ninjutsu

• Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
Description: It is not always possible for a medical-nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.
Shindan (Diagnosis)
Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.
• Tekishutsu (Extraction)
Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical-nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

• Keksuki Gyouko (Blood Coagulation)
Description: A simple healing technique. The user uses his chakra on a wound to make the blood there coagulate and stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary treatment option as it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop.
• Dokunuki (Poison Removal)
Description: This technique does not cure a poisoning; it simply extracts a portion of the poison and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a medical-nin enough time to prepare an antidote for the poison. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a poison used against the medical-nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal poison even if this technique is used if the poison is not treated. This technique is less effective against highly advanced poisons.

xxxxxx Background History|| Ichitaka was born in a family that held very traditional values as shinobi. His parents were not the most affectionate and they knew it, freely admiting he fact to the child, as to make sure this didn't affect him once he had enough contact with other people, a shot in the dark, but one that hit the mark as the young boy never really cared too much about the fact... But also was never too attached to anything. Even as a child, Ichitaka was rather distant and detached, almost strangely so. Most of what he did and cared about was his training and upholding tradition, wich didn't earn him too many friends. He had a few, but even those were secondary before his drive to become a ninja. At the age of 14, his bloodline began to manifest itself. It was... Flashy, uncontrolled and absolutely unlike his persona. The bakuton was a rare disorder that seemed to affect not only a person's chakra, but also a peron's psyche... As most others that shared his condition were prone to be explosive not only in combat, but as people as well, something that didn't seem to affect the academy student. One year before he graduated, Ichitaka moved out of his parent''s house to the apartments of Iwagakure.. If he was to grow now, he would need to do so by himself. As soon as he graduated, he planned on rising through the ranks as fast as he could, so that he would one day stand as equal to the many jonin in his familly. But before he graduated, his father was killed in a mission. The fact hit Ichitaka, not as hard as it should, but still hit him. The youth did not have it in him to mope and cry as many would, but instead, he started growing a bonsai tree in his memory.

Looks fine, except that you're supposed to start at 100 chakra for genin. Unless there's a reason I overlooked, change that then you're good to go. |
