Once Shawn was lifted up he went for multiple punches towards Batista's head loosing his grip so that he could fall onto both of his feet

Batista would let go of HBK, as he would stumble back a bit dazed from the punches from Shawn.

Shawn tried to sweep Batista off of his feet and go for a one-arm DDT, planting his skull straight into the canvas

Batista would be planted head-first to the canvas.

Shawn Michaels would have gotten up and flipped his hair onto the back, he would have started to regroup himself

Batista would start reaching his arm out to grip the ropes.

Shawn Michaels noticed Batista going to the ropes

Batista would grip onto the ropes and stand on one knee not noticing a stalking Shawn Michaels.

Shawn Michaels would have stood up on both of his feet, he waited for Batista to get up

Batista would get up and feed right into Shawn Michaels hands.

Shawn Michaels jumped on top of Batista, having his weight take both of them down, he went for the Lou Thesz Press a combination of punches to the dome.

Batista would use his reflexes as he would catch Shawn Michaels mid-air, he held him a minute showing off his brute strength before planting HBK on the mat with his signature move that he failed to connect with earlier in the match!!

Instead, the Lou Thesz Press would actually connect

Batista would be pummeled by the Heartbreak Kid's shots, he would use his arms as his only defense mechanism.

Shawn Michaels would get up onto his feet and then he waited for Batista to get up
