Alexstrasza OrtegaI feel that walking has become another chore ,
I don't think I can go on walking anymore,
F orgive me for those words,
I know they're but a cliche to you,
B ut life is tiring,
M y feet are feeling sore,
I wish that I could have a bit of time,
T o heal the ache that's growing stronger all the time. Alexstrasza glared at the two. "Sorry for not wanting to deal with stupid people." She shakes her head, ignoring all the glares heading in her direction. "It's not hard to put two and two together." She smirks, her hymn of a voice filling the room, some even stopping to watch and listen. She keeps the smirk on her face and walks over to Ariko, running her finger along his chest as she walks around him. "And what if I did?" She whispers, walking circles around him.
She laugh echos through the room and she jumps back, a smile on her lips. "I'm kidding." She flicked her hair and clutched her rabbit closer to her chest and gave them a big smile. "In your dreams, Doppel." She winked at him. She looked over at Melissa, cocking her head at her. "So what are you, Ms. Shoot daggers at anyone that I dislike." She flips her hair and shakes her head, a small smile on her lips. She looks back at the girl through her eyelashes. "It's quite rude, y'know."  In this lonely world of mine,
W henever things are going rather happily it turns out life is just,
Playing a trick on me,
It's slightly shameful to admit the truth,

We post one right after the other tiger XD ))Is she serious? Akiro panicked as the girl approached and circled him, while Ariko rolled the eyes. Can't be, she's a siren remember? Right. Just calm down and relax. Okay... Akiro sent silent for the moment. "Might not be so hard for you, but it ruins the fun for the new ones." He scratched his head, smile fading now that the chances at fun were over with the girl's reactions. "In my dreams, you don't have a rabbit with you so we're both out of luck. Up for heading to the caf as well Mel?" Ariko knew that if this went on for longer Mel might start a fire on the first day, while he was also disliking the way Alex was playing with Mel's mood.

I KNOW IT'S RIDICULOUS! hahaha I keep going back to edit you in XD))➳Melissa gave the Siren a disgusted look as she flirted, and then the attention was back on her, for her "attitude problem". She ignored the comments, still not really feeling like opening herself up to the Ortega girl. "What's it to you?" She asked nonchalantly, as though it wasn't a big deal what race she was.
Mel had long ago finished her second lollipop, having crunched right through it in her irritation at the girl's flamboyance. She dug around in her hoodie pockets. There were no more. She did find a piece of gum, however, and decided to settle for that, thinking it would be better than the hard candy anyways, at this particular time. She unwrapped it and popped it into her mouth, shoving the wrapper back into her pocket and chewed on the gum with determined stubbornness. She nodded at Ariko, but stayed silent, unwilling to look away first. It was a territorial thing. Animal instinct, and all that.◄ ▣ ◤Right, my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip this smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I'd say I told you so but you just gonna cry.
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes.

She said sadly, her voice adding so much sadness to her words that some people in the corner broke into tears. Her eyes glistened with tears as she clutched her rabbit closer to herself at his comment. The rabbit was the only thing that was left of her family...before they became scared of her...but she wasn't going to let them know that. She looked at Melissa and then at Ariko. "Well, I can tell when I'm not wanted.." A few people 'aw' and other sniffle and clutch their hearts sadly. She looks away from them, and starts to go up the stairs, her hand clutching her rabbit so tight her knuckles were turning white. 'It seems they didn't want to play.' In this lonely world of mine,

I always attract the odd people, swooned or not." he scratched his head before taking a look back to Alex. She didn't have to leave... You should have asked her to join us. Will you act like that towards anyone we prevent from starting a fire with the matches? Yes if you're that cruel! You can go say sorry then. You tell that girl about the dumbwaiter as well. Fine. "Think she's doing all this on purpose?" Ariko asked Mel in regards to the reactions from everyone's reaction.

((OOC: Valany, our characters should get into some crazy fight later XD I think it would be fun~ haha))➳Melissa waved a hand as if it didn't matter to her one way or the other, giving the girl a backwards glance as Ariko herded her away and down the stairs. "Probably. You know how Siren's are." Although she didn't really feel too awful about it, she had to admit that Ortega seemed pretty disappointed. And the reactions from everyone around them definitely made them look like the "bad guys". To be fair, Mel had been a little unnecessarily mean. She couldn't help it, though. It was in her nature to get "fired up" about things when something bothered her.
She grinned, calming down now that the confrontation was over. "You can say that again. You sure are starting off the first day back with a bang. Terrifying the Freshies, grabbing the attention of a Siren~" Melissa laughed, still thinking the dumbwaiter thing was pretty hilarious. "That girl was so mad about it, too." She added, referring to the redhead who had come to yell at Ariko.◄ ▣ ◤Right, my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?

T o heal the ache that's growing stronger all the time.Alexstrasza continued up the stairs, tears start to stream down her face, but she wipes them away quickly. Entering her dorm, she leaves the door open, forgetting to shut it, now letting the tears fall freely. She fell upon her bed, holding her rabbit close and crying. 'Is this why Mother sent me away from the Pod?' She sobbed, having no idea that it was because her powers were becoming too strong.
After a few minutes, she sat up slowly, now having a headache. She stands, leaving her rabbit on her bed, making her way towards the bathroom. She goes towards the mirror, looking at her complexion. Her eyes were now puffy and red from crying and her nose was a little red as well on the tip. She slashed water on her face and immediately felt calm. 'I shouldn't let them get to me...' She turns and draws a bath, adding special salt into the water to make it feel more like home.
She strips and enters the water, her hair cascading all around her like a beautiful curtain. She takes a deep breath and sings, her hymn of a voice filling the room, leaking into the hallway and echoing down the stairs, filling the Royalty Hallway and the Main Entrance, without her knowing. She continues to sing about loneliness and just wanting to give up, throwing all the hurt from her life into that one song. This song...could literally break hearts. In this lonely world of mine,

Michael was a bit confused by what was going on but he knew that whatever was happening Ember was mad. As he was trying to understand what had happened he was grabbed and being dragged away. "Uh well I guess we'll see you guys later" He said to the other three, or four rather, then turned to Ember. "Uh what do you mean secrets exactly?" He questioned Ember as he was dragged away,

Reth had been wandering around looking for something to entertain himself with. Nothing much had caught his attention until he heard a commotion going on between a couple of freshmen and some juniors. While still keeping his distance a bit he listened in on the tail end of the conversation before watching the two freshies walk off to find the cafeteria. A grin spread across his face and he began to follow them without a word. Freshmen were always so much fun to play with and he particularly liked the fire in the girl's attitude. For now all Reth did was follow, but he was sure he would get a chance to introduce himself soon.

"Besides, I didn't send them down there like I said, honest." You pushed the lever. I didn't imagine they might get close to death, that was you. But from the sound of it they were. I'll apologize later, for now I think it'd be best to let you take over. Alright. The body stopped for a moment as the halves switched, Akiro rubbed his neck before speeding up to meet Mel again. "Sometimes I wonder why I got paired with him..."

I really should sleep .-. it's after midnight and I have a test at 9:40am .-. but I'm not sleepy .-.))➳Melissa shrugged, still giggling. "I wouldn't say they're bad things, necessarily... I think it's pretty funny, actually." She said, grinning and slowing a little as she noticed Ariko pause to let Akiro take over. She laughed again as he caught up to her. "But admit it, you couldn't imagine life without him~" Mel wasn't positive of this, as she didn't really know what went on in a Doppelgangers' head, but she assumed it was sort of like family. The "can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em" sort of deal.
She heard singing in the distance, coming from the direction they had just been. Mel wondered if it was the Siren. She couldn't actually hear the song very well though, now that they were further down the hall. It was pretty muffled. Not that it would have made much of a difference. The only real effect that girl seemed to have on Melissa was making her want to act impulsively. If Ariko hadn't all but dragged her away, she imagined there would have been smoke coming out of her ears- quite literally- in a few more minutes. "Thanks for getting me out of there, by the way." She said to her friend, realizing that whole situation could have gotten much worse. ◄ ▣ ◤Right, my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?

"Hmm...well, no matter what abilities you have doesn't make a difference to whether you're special or not. Like, humans have no special abilities like we do, but their special in their own way. It only matters about what kind of person you are." the girl rambled on. She hated when people felt insecure about themselves. It was sad. She would rather people be vain than insecure. Coraline flashed the boy a reassuring smile and playfully nudged him with her shoulder for a bit of comfort.
