Ashelia was just chatting small talk with Sylvan on the way to the headmasters office. When she got closer to the door, a scent hit her nose. Ashe stopped dead outside the office. Her eyes widened and her fist clenched tightly. She muttered something under her breath and sprinted for the door. At first, she felt nothing but anger. How dare they screw with her like this! "How dare you toy wit-" Ashe froze in place. How did this happen? As she entered the office, Ashelia saw the man she had loved so dearly. She didnt know what to think or say. Was this a dream? "T-Thanatos..." She said with a shaking voice. It took alot to make this woman cry, but Thanatos started making tears well inside her. She started walking forward and her steps were unstable. "Y-you're...you're alive?! By the Moon...you're alive." Her voice was soft and full of disbelief was who was standing right in front of her. She quickened her pace and pulled Thanatos away from Erwin. Placing both of her hand son the mans cheeks...he was warm. This had to be a dream. Ashe began to cry but had a weak smile on her face. "I missed you so much... I-I-" Her speech had gone into stutters. Wrapping her arms around Thanatos' neck, she buried her face into the mans chest and just let it all out. This broke the guard completely. Crying heavily, Ashe held on to the man she loved tightly scared that if she let go this dream would end. only bits and pieces of what she was saying could be understood. The most understandable parts consisted of 'Dont leave me'.

Lucius walked down the corridor wonder why he has been called up to his office, "Erwin~! We have a lot to talk about your texting skills, what kind of person doesn't put an emoji or an emoticons in their message!?" his loud voice could be heard through the walls. When he got close to the door he could hear, crying? Ash crying?

Lucius entered the door and the first thing he saw was the wolf guard hugging... "..." Lucius stared the blue haired man quite...lost but there was a sense of discomfort in his crimson eyes. He wondered if the man in front of him was real or not, how would you react if you saw someone die and even closed their eyes for them then all of a sudden their living and breathing right in front of you. Lucius red gaze was different and didn't held the go-lucky or cheerfulness anymore, it was more emotionless and bleak. Within a flick of a switch he turned his attention to Erwin with his usual smile, "What is it you need me for~? My good man. And who's the the cosplayer?" he said, directing the 'cosplayer' towards the blue man. The headmaster was in denial that his childhood is alive. Lucius was standing a distance away from the 'cosplayer' and didn't display any joy or shed a tear over the sight; yet. Right now he was running through a lot of explanation why his past friend is still six feet under and would stay there, to ensure him not to fall to easily for this 'mind' trick. He has a reason why his like this.

"Hasn't been the same? What are you talking about? Nothing changed, Lucius is still doing everything but work, and someone's still picking after him. To me, nothing has changed." Thanatos looked down at Erwin who was leaning on him and smiled, Erwin better enjoy this moment because soon everything will be back to normal. Serael will have to become Thanatos if he ever wanted to get what he came for. "This happy me won't last very long, you two still messed up and will soon receive punishments for your failures." With that playful but serious warning, Thanatos placed the whiskey glass on a nearby table, Serael was waiting for a few people to show up before making more small talk, he wanted to hear all the responses to his questions, maybe they'll reveal something without knowing.

Thanatos' attention went to the door as it flung open. The female looked very angry, and it was very much visible thanks to her yelling. Thanatos simply looked at her smiling as she approached and gently grabbed him, the puppet blushed as it made eye contact with the guard, even Serael started feeling something. "What is this disgusting feeling? the sooner I get what I want the better. I still need the soul for complete control over the body." Serael's thoughts were cut short when Ashe buried her face in Thanatos' chest. Thanatos wrapped his arms around her body, and held her close. Ashe probebly felt the most pain out of everyone, especially since she blames herself for what happened. Thanatos pulled Ashe away before kissing her forehead and wiping away her tears."Don't cry Fluffy, I promise, I'll never leave you again." Thanatos gently lifted her head up and planted a soft kiss on her lips.

When a very familiar voice came from the corridor Thanatos once again shifted his attention to the door, and in came the main man himself, the headmaster, Lucius Videl. "So this is the man in the most interesting memory." Serael noticed the weird look Lucius gave Thanatos, and it didn't sit well with him. Did he get found out already? No, it can't be, this must be how this man deals with shock. Serael didn't like the comment Lucius gave the "cosplayer" and was getting very irritated, and it showed on Thanatos' face. But it just looked like classic Thanatos, getting angry with Lucius' childish behavior. Thanatos' arm started glowing as a vein popped on his forehead. "Lucius you b*****d." The light faded from his arm as Thanatos took a deep breath, before giving a genuine smile. "I know I have some explaining to do, but I assure you it's me Thanatos."

After kissing the man she lost one year ago, Ashe tried to recompose herself. She was tearing up but she was at least calm enough to talk coherently . After being called Fluffy by Thanatos, Ashe smiled liked she loved it...and thats because she did. Unfortunately, any signs that this wasnt the real Thanatos were lost on her. She had been so grief stricken, with Thanatos back...thats all she could see. It might have been thats all she wanted to see. Listening to the Lucius and Thanatos go back and forth, Ashe stood close to Thanatos' side and held onto his arm. She even let her Wolf Ears pop out and her tail as well. Nuzzling his arm, Ashe looked u at the man. "You're here and thats all that matters to me."

Lucius glared at the man overhearing his promise with Ash. Lucius frowned at the response and still wasn't happy like how Erwin and Ash are feeling 'cosplayer' or not. "What have you been eating in the afterlife? Your cheeks look chubbier than before." he commented his tone was more solemn than carefree. He doesn't know how to react with this type of situation only leaving him deny that the bluenette is real. When the blue haired man displayed his irritation towards him it only made Lucius worse over the moment. When the headmaster saw his old friend's smile, he snapped, "You are not the person who you say you are, at least to me you are not. I don't care about your explanation, but I do know that you should go back to your hole and stay there or I'll gladly escort you back." Lucius threatened, his voice didn't show angry but it showed melancholy.

With that said he turned away and walked out of the room, before he left he looked over at him one more time. "You better keep your promise there, mate." he stormed off. Lucius was overwhelmed with emotions right now especially when he feels like it was his fault he didn't do anything to separate the two people he cares about, if he had would Thanatos be alive?

Thantos sighed when Lucius stormed out, he was visibly hurt by his comments but completely understood where he was coming from, so he didn't bother following him. Thanatos wrapped his arm around Ashe who was now getting very excited and smiled. "Let him be he'll accept the fact that I'm back sooner or later." Serael started digging through Thanatos' memories trying to look for key moments to make it look like he was indeed Thanatos. "I need some information before I explain how I'm back. How's Nemesis doing? is Artemis causing any trouble? Is Selene still a perfect daughter?and hows my little princess Athena?" Thanatos was speaking so fast like he was excited to hear the answers, especially when he said Athena his expression turned into something no one has ever seen before he looked like someone talking about the cutest thing of all time. Serael sighed as he finished his performance, he couldn't believe someone who based on his previous memories would act in such a way even when it involves his kids. "Are they eating their vegetables? Or is Athena still only eating Red meat?!"

After Lucius' outburst, Ashe stood between the two men. Her heart had been ripped apart enough as it was. She was not about to let it be destroyed again. About to start yelling herself, Lucius left with a very ominous comment. Sighing heavily, Thanatos began to ask a bunch of questions. Then Erwin started to leave to check on Lucius. "Please do, before I punch him really hard." Her voice was still bitter from Lucius' outburst. But with that being said, Ashe waved to Erwin as he left. Turning back to the man that had her in his pocket, "They're all doing fine~ They were happy to have me as their step mom...though its been hard. On all of us... I got you killed because of my stupidity. I thought I could kill Silver. I still have nightmares about that day." Ashe's voice lowered in tone. She never got to say good bye but now...here he was right in front of her.

The blue haired man smiled as Ashe threatened to hurt Lucius. "Don't worry about him, he's just in denial he'll come around sooner or later." Thanatos held her closer when she mentioned that she was the one who led to his death and chuckled. "You're still talking about that? I don't regret what I did, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ashe, How do you expect me to stay calm while someone's hurting you? You're the love of my life, and the one who my kids love the most." Thanatos then stood up and went to go get himself another glass of whiskey. "I can't keep this secret for long, but I wanted you to be the first one to hear it. I won't be here for long, my soul's weak...I need to find part of it in order for me to return indefinitely. During my stay here I'll be actively searching for it so we can finally be a complete family."

Ashe's attention peaked when Thanatos mentioned how he needed more of his soul to stay in on the material plane. She was both scared and happy about this. She wanted her family back together again. Remembering the incident at the Memorial, Ashe grabbed a hold of Thanatos' hand. "Selene gave me a Necklace with part of your soul in it. I remember where it is! Come on." Ashe pulled Thanatos with her. She would have to stop by later and see how Yen was doing. She needed to apologize greatly to the woman...but right now...Thanatos was the only thing that mattered to her. Her greatest love disappear again if she didnt do something about it. Ashe was not about to let him die or disappear again.

Lucius was casually in his office with his curtains wide open letting in the natural sunlight, brightening the room. He was at his desk with a plate of cupcakes that Yennefer baked for him a day ago along with a cup of steaming hot cup of London Fog Tea Latte (Earl Grey Latte). He was writing and placing signatures on paperwork and documents that needed to be looked at. For the first time he wasn't complaining as he was actually sitting down on his desk and getting work done.

Lucius wanted a little break from the drama that has happened so far for the past few days. His eyes turned towards the liquor cabinet and he eyed at Thanatos ideal brand of Whiskey. He wondered if he should go hunt for the bluenette and apologize and maybe...just maybe...tell him the truth. He doesn't believe the man has any clue of it even though Thanatos has been raising one of the clues. The headmaster bit the end of the tip of his fountain pen. He shook his head, "No." not yet. Speaking of apology...he has NEVER heard Thanatos utter the magically 's' word to anyone including him, as he has witness. "We will change that.~" he cooed as he leaned against his armchair and took a bite of the chocolatey cupcake, he hummed in delight.
